I placed an order with the website TVC-MALL, early July.
Obviously, when places an order, all costs should have been clearly indicated on the invoice. Except that this time, no customs fees indicated.
DHL France supports the package and comes home the 10/07 2015.
I decide to refuse the package (like me wisely advises the driver) so I can be reimbursed by the website. At no time, it tells me that it will be destroyed!
The 23/07, DHL Hong Kong ask the sender what to do. It clearly indicates luis destroy it.
The package is destroyed July 23, 2015 or 13 days after the first passage DHL to the customer.
Obviously, you do not ask, or you do not inform the client of this !!! what a shame !
So I, entant a customer paid € 70.97 for a package which is now destroyed.
I therefore ask France DHL t to the sender of that agree to send me a new package, for which I would pay customs duties only.
No response from you, I would wear a complaint with the help of the UFC-QUE-SELECT association.
How men and women are destroyed parcels without informing the customer?
How men and women, can they food by doing this and knowing that some people died of gains and thirst every day?
WHAT SHAME !!!
I do not Generais me to make a whole article in our French newspapers if things do not improve!
Note: I still approached the site TVC-Mall August 13 who said that the package would be sent via DHL and that I should contact them. Thing I did was to learn today (and it’s even calling me, otherwise I would never have known) that the package is destroyed.

I received my items timely and was satisfied with them. Good accessories at great prices. I would order from them again.
I guess TVC Mall is proving me their reputation of HORRIBLE customer service.The only way to contact them is via online chat, and i have a question about how to return something, no matter what hour of the day i check, NOBODY responds to my request.
In 6 more days, I won’t get any of my money back for this WASTE of TRASH i received. DON’T buy from TVC Mall. If anything goes wrong and your item isn’t exactly what you expected, you’re just out of luck. IF you’re lucky and get someone on chat, they’re very rude and don’t really help the situation.
I’m never buying internationally ever again.TVC Mall just reminds me that businesses are just out for your money and not your satisfaction.
When I first discovered this company I thought this could turn to be a long term cooperation as I buy spare parts on a regular basis but I got problem since my 1st to my 3rd and last order.
In the first order they didn’t ship some items (Which I paid for) and didn’t send me an email to inform! Once I received the parcel I was disappointed to see that some of the items I was in really need were missing.
They said they would ship it in a next order, since I needed more parts I didn’t mind to give them a second chance and made a 2nd order.
Again problems, some items were the wrong part number and still I had some items missing!
I asked for a refund of the missing items, it doesn’t make sense that they have my money if they can’t supply for the item they advertised.
I wasn’t given any refund, only credit if I wanted to make a 3rd order which at this time I didn’t want. I insisted on the partial refund which was denied.
Since I was already loosing money I decided to make a small 3rd order to use the credit I had, again some items didn’t arrive.
I must assume that this must be some kind of tactic to keep you buying!
Thing is I wouln’d need any of this tactics to keep buying, I would just need a good costumer service!
I won’t be buying again as they are not reliable.
