About a week ago (Last sunday) I ordered a DSTWO from realhotstuff, it shipped the same day and arrived on thursday. It is definitely legit. It runs GBA and SNES games great, and I hope to find some good homebrew uses for it. I mainly bought it to have a way to play the S/NES, GB, GBC and GBA games anywhere without having to bring the actual system.
