i prezzi sono abbordabili, ma per la spedizione gratuita ci sono voluti quasi due mesi per ricevere l’oggetto, tolto questo, ho avuto un problema al tablet che ho comprato. hanno provato ad attaccarsi a qualunque cosa pur di non riprenderselo. addirittura sono arrivati a dirmi che il tablet era fuori produzione e non si poteva aggiustare… incredibile PANDAWILL da schifo!!

I bought a Smartphone Android 4.1 MTK6577 Ref. sku46094. I received and one week later don´t charge. I return with a RMA paying 35 $ more for repair (there isn´t any guarantee with Pandawill or the manufacturer). Now, I received the phone supposedly repaired, and it continued with the same problem. I have lost 220 dollars + 20 euros
They are a scoundrels.

I bought two smartphones to a Christmas present, both of the same model, one of them was ok, but the other doesn’t work properly, after sending several mails with photos and videos proving this, the support team told me that I have to send the smartphone to repair it, but I have to pay for the shipment and all other cost associate with it, such as custom fees and the special shipment I had to pay to have them before Christmas. As I said that I didn’t want to send it to repair I wanted my money back they have given they have given me no answer.
THIS COMPANY CONTINUALLY RIPS PEOPLE OFF; THEY ARE THIEVES; THEY WILL PROMISE YOU THE WORLD WITH NO INTENTION TO DELIVER.
I purchased a smart phone (over $ 300). From the start things went wrong. It took 2 weeks for process the order (they said 2 days) it turns out they do not have the phone; long story short I received the phone after 69 days to be surprised that the Camera does not work and few scratches on the screen (clearly an used phone); And the emails marathon started;
– They requested photos and videos.
– They asked me to repair it in my country for a “reasonable amount” and record the process for their approval ……
– Finally they asked to return it only for reparation (which I refused! Will take 65 days to get there and another 65 days to have it back)
Up to now I have sent 30 emails (an email everyday) asking for replacement or refund; to receive the same response yet signed by different name ( clearly that Pandawill has only one person but with a million English names), their only response is SEND BACK THE PHONE FOR REPARATION; according to their policy they don’t accept replacement nor refund..!!!!! In conclusion; if you want to waste your money deal with Pandawill, they are professionals at steeling you hard work money.

The only issue so far is I made a mistake and ordered the wrong one- I wasn’t paying close attention.
A couple of emails and a talk with Live Chat and the first order was canceled, no bother no fuss
What gets me is this gathering of misfits, one girl here has posted her story all over and I mean all over- the final result? she did update one site everything worked out- she was just pissed it didn’t ship like Wal-Mart. And sheepishly she hasn’t updated any other sites she posted to.
Another guy here has ordered from them before and things were fine, ok he gets one with a broken screen, was given three options, took the middle one which was to have them ship another screen- and he thinks after playing repairman his warrantee will still be valid.
Then when he gets it he cracks the screen, no matter how it happened he cracks the screen, hell I’ve had it with him too. Seriously grow up and take responsibility for your actions. Christ one guy complains because a $15 toy from China has a problem OMG.

“the cheap comes out expensive” what’s worse is the crying about being so damn foolish.
My Android may come smashed the hell up, it’s a chance I took but s**t $175 is a low bill for dinner with the family. And $15 is someone crying about lunch. If that is the biggest problem you have- enough to go crying, dude you have it good, be thankful and keep your dress on Mary.
Very bad experience, pandawill is a lier. Their warrantly and return policy is a lie. They service also very sucks.

Their warranty and return policy is a lie.Specs are wrong.I purchased two Hero v6888 smartphones from them and both was faulty and not as described.After i upload two video with problem on youtube i send them back phones as DOA.Their warranty and return policy says that “”we will pay for the shipping send back ,please return it to us at your convenience and at the lowest cost possible and we will ship a functional replacement to you free of charge.””After they receive phones they mail me that they send them to factory for repairs,and that they was not responsible for shipping that cost me 22,9 euro.They also didn’t want to replace them with new as their warranty and return policy report.I open a case on paypal and i claim a refund for phones and shipping cost.I only refunded for phones because paypal’s policy do not accept my shipping cost even if pandawill’s policy do.Buing from them is a risk.Either you will be lucky or you throw your money on garbage.
