Gearbest is officially for me the best website to import products and my experience with costumer service was unbelievable! Usually other websites try to avoid costumers and issues, but when they sent my Smartphone and the delivery company returned it, they did everything to solve my problem and make sure I was satisfied with the solution. They offer me a full return or reship the product. I knew it was not their fault and the delivery carrier was the one having issues with it. As soon as they received the item back from the carrier, they reship the smartphone again in a even faster shipment way. That was the first time a company didn’t make the costumer pay for the shipping again or something like that. I really had a great experience here and for sure I highly recommend gearbest.com to any one that wants good prices and a fast shipping to import products.

This review is because during my last purchase (Xiaomi Mi Note 2) from Gearbest I had some great customer after-sales service experience and support from the relevant department and I wanted to share my satisfaction.
Hours after the purchase and payment completion, I recieved a new promotion from Gearbest for the same product at a 5% lower price. I sent my complaint at the support center expressing my disappointment and my strong feelings of unfair. After proving the facts via links and screenshots,they proposed a solution. That was to proceed on credit the total amount of the difference at my GB Wallet account for future purchases. I happily accepted this proposal. Besides, I wll soon use this credit since Gearbest is one of my top e-commerce choices.
Of course I have already receive the parcel properly as always.
I had no doubts about the GB credibility but I am now also impressed from their full services.

Overall my experience with Gearbest as been great. I´ve ordered several times, and so far I haven´t any big issues. In one or another occasion I had minor issues, but Gearbest always resolve them and compensated me.
The only thing that I think that they can improve is the time of shipment, sometimes it suffers some delays and pass due the estimated delivery time. I got the mi band 2 from the Gearbest. This product is very quality. shippment was very fast. Packaging of the product is very nice. Orginal product. The product has IP 67 sertificated so water proof. It has truely elegant design and it is clear that designers have thaugt up about it’s plainness. This product has only one button on it and it is not mechanical, it is a touch key. It has OLED screen, because of that brightness of the screen is so satisfying. Screen also opens when you rotate your arm for looking at the watch, no need for touching the key everytime.
