My general experience with GearBest was OK. I am a customer for almost few years. The items I’ve purchased were of good quality. Delivery was usually fast and cheap. The price of goods is usually very good compared to other retailers. Besides, there are lot’s of promotions. Customer support is professional, there was one case of malfunctioning device (a health tracker), but it was promptly solved by replacement plus some bonus points were credited. To get the best from this site I would advise to subscribe to their newsletter and then you will get lot of promotions.
