Cheap products. The quality is good, but could be better.
Had a problem with the tablet I’ve bought, got help from the RMA department.
Very good customer service if something is not perfect. Quick answers for RMA requests and they even ship replacement for wrong or failing products (in this case LED lights I bought). Cell phone is really good, as described and tracking number worked well. Never had to pay customs charges so far 🙂

Overall a very good site to get good quality products (especially electronics) at a very cheap price compared to market value, and also for the free delivery to your doorstep. Focalprice needs to work on keeping items in stock, and also on updating the site more quickly when an item goes out of stock (so that people don’t pay money for an item which is out of stock, and then receive an email saying refund will be made because the item is out of stock).
