I had ordered three mobile phone from ctobay. Out the three phones two were ok, third without batteries. They answered my emails and had sent the batteries, after a while this phone did not work anymore, again I tried contacting them by email, at no avail, they just do not answer at all.This phone actually never worked and it was the most expensive. I will never anything else from this company.
I ordered a 7″ Android tablet for my wife’s birthday. It arrived later than expected, and after being in the customs office for a month and having paid toll, I discovered that it was unable to charge, and that it had the wrong color (I ordered pink, received a silver). I returned it as agreed with Ctobay. They promised me to send me a new one (in the right color). I never received a new tablet and after a while, they stopped responding to my e-mails.
I spent a lot of money on the tablet + toll + import fees + shipping (to return the defect tablet). NEVER EVER buy anything from them!
Ctobay.com not a reliable partner, problems, no service
In February 2011 I bought an A8 Pad tablet. Within a week the tablet was defective. According to Ctobay’s advise the tablet was returned.
Then the problems begin. Ctobay does not answers mails, contact forms on their site and not to “Live chat”.
So think twice doing business with Ctobay!! (I lost € 165,– !!)
