I got a wireless keyboard from gearbest, but when it came it was not working correctly. There should be vibrations but they didn’t work and also there was a faulty volume button. I wrote a ticket to GearBest’s customer service, they asked me to explain exactly what is wrong and send a video showing the problem and after some clarification they refunded me with the whole price of the item plus some bonus gb points that I can use to lower my order price later.
