Edit: Reviews should not include the distribution part of the all logistics. The corrier is normaly a third party company that comes into play to make the delivery. If the delivery company is not making commitment with what is discussed then they are to blame. Obviously Gearbest it showing their face first in whichever problem might come but I think their clarification in that on their website may not be very well clear.
Its a pity they removed the warehouse from the search options.
