I gotta share my experiences so far with them. This service, I’ve been using it for almost a whole year, I believe. I’ve ordered like, 20 or 30 items ’til now. And they’re usually on time, and working items. If that’s not the case, they do refunds and try to keep you as a costumer. That is also something I like. Costumer service could be more helpful, delivery speed is fine, the quality of products isn’t always the best but, for that price, it’s pretty amazing. And the prices are literally the best online, haven’t found any other online shop that is this cheap. So, I recommend it!

As an advice I could only say that is a good idea to buy a month or two before christmas (to avoid problems with the shipment).

The product came as agreed, with a price far below the market charged, came exactly as the description, quality product, exceeding my expectations.
The only point is the time it took to get the product because of my country.
I’ve been buying from gearbest since 2015, and, until recently, everything was working fine. The punctuation system is really nice, and it works as a nice cashback. They also have one specific shipping for Brazil, which is really good because it’s really faster than the regular shipping.
However, recently, I’ve got my account deleted without my permission. I have no idea what has happened, haven’t even received a notification for that. After opening a ticket (that took about 5 days to be solved), I could at least restore my points to my “new” account. I had more than a thousand points in my GearBest wallet. That was really problematic.
If they don’t delete your account, I don’t think you’ll ever have any sort of problem.
What happened to me was probably a glitch – but it took a long time to fix, and the solution wasn’t really satisfying (I wanted my account back, not just my points). I just think it could’ve been easier to solve.
It’s more than 2 years that I buy from Gearbest and all is gone well all the times.

Overall great buying experience, it’s safe, cheap, products are original and the support is always there. Great variety of products also. I recommend you check them out. Website sometimes is a little buggy and you gotta pay extra for order tracking and insurance, but that are just minor problems and I still recommend this website, it’s great.
