I have been using Gearbest for some time now and purchased numerous items from them ranging in value.
One of my most recent purchases had 7 items on the order and although 1 was not shipped I did receive a refund and points to spend for the inconvenience.
The only issue I had with this order, well in fact out of all of my orders was the e-cigarette liquid which 2 of the 3 bottles I purchased I couldn’t use, 1 of which was too strong and the other tasted off, well this can happen and I have experienced this from a high street store too so just wrote that off as a bad batch, I didn’t complain to Gearbest about this as they were such low value items it wasn’t worth bothering about.
All of the other items on this order were great, hair straighteners my wife loves, the Bluetooth adapter works great and the coils for my e-cigarette are manufacturer originals at a fraction of the cost I would pay on the high street.

Only one MI BAND 1S had an USB charging issue but GEARBEST assistance after receiving my explanation with a simple video sent me a new item without problem.

One of my first buys was Order number: W1612281723366658, a gadjet that unfortunately wasn´t in stock due to suppliers issues. After contacting Gearbest´s support, promptly several options were given, since full refunds to product changing. After choosing another item, credits were immediately placed on my GB Wallet, and points rewardes for the inconvenient, to be changed for € on my next buy.
