One thing I like is that, items I was interested in, were well described and in many cases an original video was available to help me in the decision process too. Apart from that, personally I think that, of the strongest points are the competitive prices and the supportive customer service which, once ordered, kept me up to date with email. All the items I had ordered, came safe and well packed. But also after sales service was always there, doing everything possible to help and solve any doubt or problem I had. I’m Italian and I have never paid import charges.
