Last time I’ve ordered a lot of things – Quadcopter, Pen Refill, Pillow and wonderful fidget cube. Everything came in good condition, drones (jjrc h8 mini) are amazing, pen refills were full, and Xiaomi Neck Pillow is kind of a wonder – it’s suitable for neck, and can be used as tablet holder. I’m based in Germany, and GearBest is one of the very few Chinese shops offering fast delivery without extra customs charges. Usually I receive the order in about 2 weeks, which is a significant improvement over the typical 30-60 day delivery from Aliexpress and alike. Also to mention their customer support. I had a problem with defective Xiaomi Yeelight Bedside Lamp (the top sensor didn’t work), and their CSR walked me through the usual troubleshooting then offered several options, one of which would be shipping it back (they even offered to cover return shipping!) for a full refund, and another would be keeping the lamp with generous compensation refunded to either my PayPal account or their internal GB Wallet. I’m very happy with my shopping experience there.

I am located in the USA. I have been a knife collector for several decades. There is a brand of Chinese knives called Ganzo that pretty much can only be found on a few select Chinese websites. At first, a started buying Ganzo knives from both the Chinese websites GearBest and FastTech.
