Here to share my objective and neutral review as a customer :
As an internet buyer, i buy on the net on a Weekly basis, on well known websites like Amazon and E-Bay, since I live in France for now.
In China, I used to order a lot on Aliexpress website.
But since i Heard of Gearbest on another website, I completed like 6/7 orders in less than 3 months !
I like the choice, the price, the newsletters and so often bargains.
Tracking is easy, many shipping methods to choose, and picture of the package at shippment.
For the order n°W1612311730056209, i had a problem with the Samsung Evo+ micro-SD card.
It was corrupted, i could not get it to work.
I told it to customer service, first they told me to return it, but I couldnt, because in France, it is so expensive to return something to China, due to custom fees and shipping cost.
So, after that, they kindly told me to wait, that they will send me another new one, for free.
Couple weeks after, I received my new one and it worked.
So I had a good experience with Gearbest customer service, once again.
But I still regret, that 1 memory card was defective, this make 50% of success rate.
I already bought from gearbest dozens of times and most of them, all went perfect.
If there is a defect, the costumer service answers fairly quick, and most of the times, offers a satisfying solution.
Just be aware if you order with unregistered tracking / without insurance. Because, if you are lucky they will offer a partial refund, otherwise you get nothing. If your order gets lost, it’s “not their responsibility”, has it’s stated in the Terms and Conditions…
Everything else, depends on what you buy.
If it’s a nice brand, or has a lot of good feedback, it’s good. If there is low or none feedback, you will be testing it.
But I will keep buying from them, because overall it’s a good shopping site.
One of the best shopping site for gadgets and not only gadgets.

The Gearbest.com is my favourite online store. They has very good prices compared the other website. If you have enough GB point you can cut down 30% from the all prices (including discount and regular prices). This is awesome!!!
The shipping always very fast. From China to Hungary about 10-14 days generally. The support is excellent.

Но последние 7-8 месяцев ситуация значительно изменилась к лучему: покупки более 6-8 долл. можно бесплатно получить в Украине через приоритетное почтовое направление (курьером ” в двери”). Отлично. Так держать!

I started to order from “Gearbest” for a long time, and I do not regret it at all. Quality of service and speed of delivery of parcels at a high level. Never failed. I was asked to provide a photo and video breakdown report. After providing evidence, I was offered 3 options for solving problems. We came to the same decision that suits me and the store. I often buy from GearBest. Even if we had in the past some problems with delivery for a phone after about 10 days i got a full refund for the item i paid, it took about two months since i made the payment and received money back in my account. That was the only problem i had with them in more than 30 orders from this website.

I was very grateful for that and if you aren’t satisfied with their first response, just kindly ask them to correct the issue as close to your liking. They will generously consider it.
Again, Gearbest is a an excellent website to buy many items and if you’re like me, it’s a great website to buy many high quality IEMs.
