I ordered at gearbest.com a lot of high value stuff (AirPurifier, Xiaomi Notebook Pro, vacuum cleaner, security cam).
I appreciate that gearbest starts to ship from “fast whs” in Europe. Thats means for me very easy shipping (no customs) and fast shipping time (2 – 5 days). I ordered some stuff at China whs and all this goods arrived without any problem at home.
Last event order was a challance, because the Xiaomi Cams did not work in Europe (for China only). I contacted gearbest Support and after few messages I got the “go” for returning the good to a spain whs. Thats great for me, because return shipment to Spain mutch more easier and cheaper as to ship back to China. After a while and few messages later I got my money. A extreme positiv impression was that gearbest not only refund the value of the cam. They refund the shipping cost, too!
