I chose the Redmi Note 5 because this would be my second Xiaomi device after my Redmi Note 2, yep that’s a sure upgrade. The phone came with Android 8.1 out of the box which is a big +.
It is great value for money and can be a great challenger to a lot of mid-rangers out there. I love the 18:9 screen and its full-screen gestures. I highly recommend this phone. It has been almost 4 months having this phone and I am loving it.
The sad side is the lengthy delivery of my accessories which I ordered with my phone but are still to be delivered.
I talked to Gearbest about this and realised that it is not their fault but that of my Post Office!!! I will definetely order more products from them as this was my first order.

To be honest, although I had been ordering items from China for a long time, I had no idea whatsoever about Gearbest, somehow I never came across this portal. I found out about it while watching some video on YouTube, where a dude was tinkering with an electrinic cigarette and ordering components there.
Following the reviewers advices I decided to buy the suggested e-cig and chose Gearbest for making my order because it was the portal where the device had the best price.
And this is how it all started. I quickly found out that very frequently Gearbest is cheaper, especially in the case of electronics. Additionally, you collect points and on top of that they have an interesting protection system. Sometimes even I have had some little problem with my orders but their professional customer service has always find out the way to satisfy me.
What more could one say. Gearbest, in my opinion, is one of the bigger and reliable internet retailer and it is equally trustworthy as other ones with biggest names like Amazon, eBay, etc.
I picked up a profile RDA and absolutely love this on sale for about 20 bucks well worth it and great price shipping took about 5 to 7 days because it was already in the states these guys are great with great prices thanks GB!
Gearbest is one of the best sites, if not the best, to buy and import things. In Brazil, is a reference when buying phones and other things that here, cost up to 5 times more. They support it very good, the after sale too. They have an infinity of products, from the simplest keychain to the most advanced phone or drone; they have it all. I do recommend the site to all of my friends that want to buy cheaper and buy good. Also, they ship the products very fast; the time that your package will arrive depends more on the customs of your country (in Brazil, that’s the main vilain) than Gearbest itself. It as simple as that.

Gear best is a pretty solid web store to buy products from. Especially if you’re looking for electronics and specifically pc peripherals. the type of products they store are high quality but low price thanks to them not necessarily being the same big-name brands. Don’t be fooled though they still have the same big-name brand quality. Ordering wise it can be a bit strange getting all your products into one order cause occasionally they give warnings that they can’t ship certain items in the one cart, but there are ways to work around that. I think that’s just a website bug. overall very good and highly underrated website. would recommend
