Yes, they have low prices. But if you have a problem, they won’t give you your money back and they string you along with a long, slow chain of friendly emails. In my case, they eventually said they’d replace the GBA SP screen, if I sent it back. $10 shipping later, and after too long, I asked them what’s going on. They said it’s not done with repair. Who repairs a LCD screen?? They then said it wasn’t a product they sell. !! Then they suggested that I send them money to repair it. Fool me once, shame on me; fool me twice… Avoid these guys and save yourself headaches.
I purchased 2 ps3 controllers on the 17th October, it is now the 7th of November. I still have not received my order. I even paid $15 bucks for the express mail service. So what good is it to pay for the ems when it still takes almost a month to get an order. I hope with in the next week or so I can get my order, rest assured I will never order from them again. I will discourage everyone else I can not to order from eachgame. The service is not what I expected; however, you get what you pay for. Next time I will just spend the extra money and go to a local store and make my purchase, at least that way I will be able to use the items right then and there as opposed to waiting almost a month or better to get items that was purchased. i will say, they did not waste anytime getting their money from the purchases that you have made. I checked my bank account and they took their money right away. To bad you can’t get that same kind of service from eachgame.
I purchased from them alot of items, the delivery was okay took about 10 days,the products were good, but the packaging not so well, as they were not packaged well they were some items the packaging had been torn and bent but other then that i was really satisfied with my products π

They sent white. Contacted company and they said they would need order # and pay method. Then they asked for me to take pics of wrong item and send via jpeg attached mail. Then they asked for order # again? Then they asked “why dont you just keeping the wrong item they sent”? Etc.. Etc… Clearly just stalling time and trying to circle running me into just eating the wrong product they sent!
I have a radical, crazy idea! How about you just send the RIGHT faceplates in package YOU pay for with a return mailing envelop. Then I can send back the wrong faceplates? It could be just like your company functioned and did business like every other ethnical fair and moralistically guided organization. No I don’t want to “just keep the ones you sent”. This is your solution? If I wanted the “ones you sent”. I would of ordered them in the first place!
Do not buy anything from Eachgame.com or Eachgame.cc (electronics video website). All the things they sell in Eachgame.com or Eachgame.cc is all bad quality, for short they’re ugly. I have to find another website that gives good quality. They don’t accept returns too and they do not refund your money, so you lose. I bought on of those beats dr dre,the pictures were so perfect but when I got the headphone, very dissapointing.

I bought a brand new PS3 game from them. Though hey its only $20 and it was NBA 2K12 which is over $60 new. It came sealed new but shipping was slow. Im satisfied it was well worth the wait and i wasnt in a hurry to receive it.
I ordered ~$70 worth of bootleg Beats by Dr. Dre in various colors and styles just to see what kind of quality they were. total cost after shipping ~$100. I used DHL as my shipping got my item delivered at my house 3 days after they shipped it! YES ONLY 3 DAYS TO THE UNITED STATES! i got my items in a box, slightly beat, but nothing inside was damaged, overall quality of any type of headphones I ordered EXCEEDED my expectations, WELL worth the price.
Overall they have been a GREAT site and I plan on ordering more stuff.
