I purchased two large orders from this website from Canada – about 10 items overall. After a long time (more than one month), I finally received one item by mail. It was terrible and not as described on website. They never sent the rest of my order, and charged me in full plus shipping anyway. I now can’t get a hold of them to get my refund. After a month of what feels like constant tracking of this, today they said they would give me $6 of it back. I spent over $250 and the dress I received was $20. NEVER again!
I ordered 2 dresses and paid extra for expedited shipping. After 1 week I had not received confirmation that they shipped. I reached out and was told they had not shipped and they would cancel my order. I agreed. They then tried to give me store credit, and I declined as I will never purchase from them again. They have promised me a refund for 2 weeks and it has not been processed.
