i also say that this company is awful.i chose one dress for my wedding party and i live in country that it is not possible for me to pay the price from my own country so my sister in law payed the price from England but unfortunately they didn’t make ready my order and they tell lie when ever my sister in law called them for my order that when it gonna be ready.they every time said this week it will be ready.but it is 6 and a half month that it never be ready and they didn’t pay back our money.i never forgive them and i want the UK government those it may concern to them to try help our problem and pay back our money.

This company are awful! I ordered a pair of shoes in a size EU 34, which according to their size chart is a UK size 1. Having bought the shoes and paid £9.99 postage, I received an email saying “please be noted that this shoes are hand-made, and need about 12 days to process. Please do not worry, we’ll send you the tracking number once we send out the shoes.” 17 days later, I had still not been sent a tracking number, so I emailed their customer services to enquire about this. I received no reply, but the shoes arrived a few days later, without a receipt – packaged just in a postage box containing a plain yellow shoebox with the shoes in plastic bags, but no padding to stop them moving about (and plenty of room in the shoe box for them to do so).
I tried the shoes on and found that they were far too big. I measured them against a size 1 of my own shoes and there was a good centimeter and a half difference between the two, so I looked up EU to UK shoe sizes and found that an EU size 34 is NOT a UK size 1, as their website falsely states, but a size 2. If I had known this, I would not have bothered ordering the shoes in this size (as they did not make the shoes I wanted in a size 1) and paying £10 postage (which the company state as being non-refundable) as I have never fit into a UK size 2 heels. I emailed them again AND left a message on their website, but again received no reply.
The company’s customer service is shocking. They lie about the sizing of their shoes and have not answered any emails/message I sent them. Avoid this company at all costs!
I am so surprised at the reviews. I ordered shoes back in January for my daughters wedding. The shoes arrived later than expected but I was aware of this as I received an email explaining this to me. The shoes arrived, they are lovely, better than expected, such good quality and a perfect match for my outfit. I was so delighted that I recommended them to a friend and my daughter, who have both ordered shoes, my daughter’s for her wedding. Unfortunately they have not arrived nor have they received any response to their emails. I feel dreadful about this as it was my recommendation that encouraged them to order from the site.
this lot are a joke my mother who is in her 70’s sent for shoes and a bag on the 27th april and paid £14.99 for a six to nine day postage as we still have not got them i have emailed thensix time and not one reply have we had i am so angry how can they do this to people.
Have purchased shoes for my daughters prom they arrived only to be too small and not handmade as promised. I followed the returns policy. It’s been 4 weeks since they recieved the shoes and as yet i have not been refunded my money. I have repeatedly emailed them but they have not replied. I strongly recommend that you do not purchase anything from them. Poor quality of product and customer service.
I ordered my wedding shoes from this website. I was told that the shoes will not be despatched for 10 days because they were ‘hand-made to size’. I recieved them over 3 weeks later. What i recieved were not the shoes i ordered, not by style, colour or quality, and certainly not hand-made.they do not even resemble what was advertised. Its safe to say i was mis sold these items. Ive tried to contact them but cannot get a response. No phone number No address. Certainly wont recommend their services.
Well I don’t know where to start! I ordered my shoes over a month ago for my wedding and I paid for the 6-9 days delivery and guess what? Still no shoes! I have emailed them several times and their customer services is appalling to say the very least. They provided me with no explanation as to why they were taking so long and could not give me a time frame for when I could expect to receive them all they said was that I can have a refund…..NO YOLU I WANT MY SHOES! After several more e mails and repeatedly calling me “dear” I have decided to go through pay pal and get my money back. Do not use this company, they will take your money and not send you anything. There is also no telephone number or address. I’m guessing they are abroad as that would explain the broken English and I’m guessing that half of what I was saying in my emails was not understood. Very bad experience, wedding planning is stressfully enough without minor details such as shoes being over complicated!
