This isn’t a site I would recommend to anyone. I ordered my wedding dress through this place, but they emailed me saying that they couldn’t possibly make the dress I picked, and that the fabric and everything needed to be changed about it because they “didn’t have the right lace”. I didn’t like this, so I emailed them back saying to cancel my order. They refused a refund, and I never got my dress.
A horrible, horrible site. Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Don’t buy from them.
I ordered 2 dresses from these people not relizing they were in China. Well I got the dresses and they were both to little. Tried to get an address to send them back and get a refund. After several emails they offered a partial refund and told me to keep the dresses to give away or sell myself.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE I ordered a Blonde Wig from this website and the wig I received was brown with a bit of blonde on the top, I sent an email to complain and was told the quality of the product was great and the price was reasonable and I it was a nice wig and I would look more elegant when wearing it. I sent pictures and complained again and got the same sort of reply, they said my computer monitor hadn’t shown me the right colour and I got what I ordered and I would look pretty anyway.
I emailed 4 times to no avail, I am now lodging a dispute with PAYPAL.
If you think you are getting the dress in the picture you are very much mistaken, they pinch them from real designers, the dress you get will be a piece of crap, made of inferior fabrics not even finished off and cut out properly, you will be wasting your money, go to a proper wedding shop and buy what you can see and feel that is the real thing from the real designer. You have been warned.
In June I placed an order for a wedding dress, I had to wait 9 weeks before I received it. When I eventually did get the dress, what a disappointment, firstly I had to pay $30.45 extra for postage due to insufficient postage, then when I opened the plastic packaging, I was mortified, the dress had stains all over it, around the top it was puckered, the pattern on the bodice was not straight, the stitching on the seams had big gaps where it hadn’t been sewn properly. The zip was puckered on one side which meant the seams where the bodice met the skirt didn’t match. The dress was more than 3″ too long, and the material wasn’t good quality. I have sent a number of emails to the company, but only received one back, which said ‘ the dress is lovely, the stains occured during transit, and if I were to wear it, I would be amazed with the effect of the dress. Please don’t ever order ANY dress from this company, it is a sweat shop product and you can’t get your money back. I am gutted that companies can treat people in this way, but some companies have no morals, and Tidebuy is one of them.
I ordered a prom dress and it took forever to receive it! Upon arrival, it was wrinkled and cheap. I tried to return it the day I got it and customer service replied 1 week later that THEY DO NOT RETURN ITEMS. I am out $169.00 Never will order again and strongly recommend you don’t either. I wish I had read something like this!!
Tide buy is a horrible company. I ordered 3 dresses for my daughters wedding and the first two shipped and the size were so off. My daughter’s wedding dress was not maternity as they claimed and we ordered it bigger and it still was way too tight in the belly. I had to have it altered to add fabric for her to wear in the wedding. The second dress the size was way off and the sewing was terrible and they kept telling me it was beautiful and expertly made.I had to fight with them and only received $50 back for an $170 dress. The third dress I cancelled and they only want to give me 10% back but I fought and got a full refund. I sent pictures in to prove my case and they kept saying they weren’t good enough. I sent them at least 30 pictures. That company is so bad that It makes me want to never order on line again . DO NOT BUY FROM TIDE BUY!

Beware of tidebuy site.. it’s a fake , liar, falsifier company.. they will take your money without sending you anything ..i have a personal bad experience with them, I lost my money when I pay through paypal to buy 2 handbags ..in the site they mention it will take maximum 10 days.. im waiting for one month now but didn’t receive anything! They don’t even reply to my emails!!
Please share this between your friends in all public sites to worn people of dealing with this robber company..
In my opinion they should be SHUT DOWN!!! Too many bad stories for it to be a coincidence, including myself?. I was soooo ripped off by this company I can’t even begin to tell you?. Especially from a “customer service rep” named Vicki.. she promised a refund of the dress AND the shipping to mail back”. NEVER heard from them again,. They won’t even return emails;. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They go by the name TIDEBUY!.COM and TBdress.com
My daughter ordered a homecoming dress from them and unfortunately ordered the wrong size. They will not accept returns unless they made the mistake. Their customer service is horrible, and I believe the business model is set up to screw the consumer. They don’t care about customer service at all. Please stay away or just be prepared to make a donation because they don’t care whether you are taken care of or not!
OMG, I have been fighting to get my money back from tiedebuy for months. My credit card company is now in on it. The dress they sent me was completely deformed. I sent them pics. They claim they couldn’t open them?. Sent them again.. All they could say was that the dress was made to my specifications/. I didn’t give them specs, just a size”. The bodice was so deformed that my nipples were almost showing from the sides, yet the rest of the dress fit’. after a long battle, they told me to send the dress back and they would refund the dress and shipping?. It was 125;.00 to send it back with receipt of acceptance’. I didn’t trust them, so I told them I was sending it regular mail which was 37.05. they said that was better for both of us cuz it was cheaper. So, I videotaped the entire dress, putting it in the mailing box, and literally walking it to the postnet next door, and continued until I had paid and left the box. The last word I heard from tidebuy was that they got the dress and money was refunded. HA!!! Never seen a dime yet, and they will no longer answer my emails. I think they changed their name to TBdress.com because of all the complaints here. TIDEBUY IS NOW TBDRESS.COM. BOTH SUCK! DONT BUY FROM THEM!
I purchased an dress from this company and when I received the dress was horribly made size too small as soon as I received contacted them within the allowed time. They instructed me to take pictures I told them there was no way I could do that I’ll just mail it back to them I did just that has been waiting for my refund for over three months so all I can say is that was $143 I’ve lost a lesson well learned and costly learned stay clear of this company the bad part Is I went through PayPal and they only kept putting in complains no satifacion from neither company
My wife ordered a couple of dresses from this company not knowing there return policy; her hopes were to keep the one she liked and return the other she did not realize these were coming from China. The dresses arrived and were just not made or appeared as advertized, in short crap!. Fine we will pay the shipping and return them. The company wanted pictures of specifics and as to why we didn’t like them many emails later and pictures back and forth and no way you’re stuck with both crappy dresses and we are out 246.00. I tried getting Bank Of America to help (visa transaction) and they just kept putting up roadblocks. BUYER BEWARE TIDEBUY is terrible!!.
This company is the worst company i have ever dealt with, , , they take pic of american products and try to reproduce them i got a compleate rip off of the veil i orderd when i asked for a refund the asked for pic so i sent them and them they refused to answer me any more ..the only reture email i got was here r some copuns for ur next order …please do not deal with this horibble company!!!
got dress online with Tidebuy it was small despite having taken measuremets gone by their size charts. tried to return the chat person tells me i need take a pic with it on and send to them “just to make sure wasnt their fault” that i requested the incorrect size! I then tell them i cannot as dress doesnt fit and they said they need the pic regardless!!! They said i could NOT send the dress “without their permission”!! Ridiculous!!! Now stuck with a $150 dress that i cant use!!! They SUCK!!!! DO NOT BUY from TIDEBUY!!! Poor customer service!!
