I ordered one-shouldered moss green dress on their online catalog. it was a breeze. as soon as i got the package 10 days later, i was sooooo excited!it was exactly what i hoped for – the color, style, and fit.
Just wanna say ‘Thank you!’ TBdress! the cocktail dress i ordered was a hit!
Tidebuy was an excellent choice for us. The dresses were in all manner of designs from formal to casual and we had a hard time choosing the right ones. There was an awesome range of attires for the bridal party. The sewing on the dresses was very good and the customer service was also above average. I appreciated the way they made an effort to assist even when there was a language barrier. The experience was good. Every item came in on time and adjustments were made on time and as required.

They have cool collection and I was tempted to order many dresses but thought to try with one and I will surely now be a regular shopper at TBDress.
Their customer care is also helpful and my complete shopping experience was smooth and I definitely recommend TbDress for all the shoppers !!
I can’t say that my experience with TBDress was a hundred percent good, but I can’t say that it was all bad, either. My main complaint with the company was that they have mediocre customer support. It’s hard to understand some of their personnel, and it was very difficult for us to understand each other. I guess that’s what happens when cultural and language barriers were present, but I could feel that they were really trying their best to understand my concerns and help me out with them.
The delivery of the item that I ordered was also a bit delayed, but they said that this was because it was a holiday back in China. In any case, I was happy with my purchase, as it was well made. The fabrics were soft and nice to the touch, and the seams were done nicely. I wasn’t sure if this was because I called them up, but fortunately I did not experience what the others are saying about their orders being unsatisfactory.
I can recommend TBDress if you want dresses that are offered up at low prices. There are always risks at ordering online though, so I would suggest that you trust your instincts on this one and purchase at your own risk. For me, though, my personal experience with TBDress was overall an okay one.

I ordered two dresses from TB DRESS http://www.tbdress.com/ – it was completely different from what they show on their website.The quality is just horrible.
I called them to complain and send a return but no one picks up the phone anymore. They refuse to take the dress back and refund me. The second dress has not arrived yet – it’s been almost a month.
I strongly recommend NOT TO buy from this company, and file a complaint where possible, so websites and retailers like this can be shut down immediately.By joining this, you will be helping future consumers from being cheated.

I emailed them and got a reply back that said it was under production and I will have it soon. But no actual confirmation or information. I need it within 3 weeks, and am nervous if it will actually be here in time. Not to mention

Ordered Dress on the 9th of April, The web site clearly said 2-8 days to process and ship.
On the 19th I checked to see if my dress had shipped, I have sent emails, and even tried calling the number on their website. The number is a private #. Not even their’s.. I can’t get any responds from them. I filed a dispute with Paypal. Hopefully I will get at least some money back to pay for the phone call to China..
I have had great luck ordering things on Ebay.. But the ad for TBDress happen to jump out at me with it’s 90% off sale..I should have know it was to good to be true!! Will tell everyone who Listens to stay far away from this company!!

I purchased my bridesmaid dresses from them and they have not been received nor will anyone respond to my constant request for details on where my purchase is or a refund of my funds.
This is just a shame as I am getting married in 6 weeks and do not have my dresses.
I ordered a custom made dress from TBDress.Com. It was for a concert, and upon ordering it, everything looked good calendar-wise, based on the info on their website. As it later turned out, the dress would not make it in time.
This is what happened:
1) BEFORE I PLACED MY ORDER, their Chat agent LIVINGSE said that shipping times are guaranteed and never said there was a holiday. Keep in mind, this chat conversation was not week nor months before I purchased. This was the day before I ordered.
2) Because their chat agent said the shipping times were guaranteed, and their website indicated I would receive the dress in time, I placed the order with expedited shipping. The dress was supposed to arrive by February 13th at the latest. Otherwise, I would have NEVER ordered. This was for a concert. I had A LOT of things to memorize/worry about. I was not going to leave to chance something as crucial to a show as wardrobe.
3) I contacted them to get updates via e-mail. I never received a reply for more than a week and many e-mail and website message attempts. In spite of the situation, I had to contact the company in China over the phone, and spoke to CRYSTAL, who said the dress was in fact READY, but could not be shipped because of the Chinese national holiday. She said that the dress was ready and in time for expedited service to deliver it before the needed date, but the shipping company would not ship it because of the holiday.
4) Because I would not receive the dress in time, I asked their agent to cancel the order, which the company eventually did. They never sent the package, as instructed by me. However, this was not a frivolous order cancellation. I was NEVER told there would be a delay of any sort, but the opposite, so the mistake was from the company in the first place. It is NOT my fault that I was misinformed by the first Chat agent. I ordered based on incorrect information that I was given by the clothing company. As a result, I had to purchase another emergency dress for my event, at a much higher cost.
5) Later, I called again to follow up… MANY agents spoke to me on the phone with REALLY BAD phone etiquette and manners, passing the phone to other agents. That is unprofessional. ONE agent should take care of ONE customer — not THREE or FOUR AGENTS! I worked in customer service in hotels and in call centers for 5 years. TBDresses’ call center NEVER uses background music when they put a customer on hold, which is also very unprofessional, and I could hear the agents speaking Mandarin among themselves, which I could assume was them talking about me. Not professional, very tasteless. I speak 3 languages, and I know better than to speak a language with someone else in front of a 3rd party who doesn’t understand it.
6) Finally, after being passed on over to many agents, an agent (WENDY) said on the phone that per their manager (ALEX), they would refund $200 of the $230.55. I was still not happy, but then later, another agent (SUSAN) emailed me saying (VERY conveniently) that no one ever said this to me, and that they would only refund shipping. I was a Foreign Languages student. I’m not stupid. I know how to communicate with people who speak English as a second language, and I know what I heard, because I even asked to double check. When I claimed this, the e-mail agent said that to prove so, I (THE CUSTOMER!) had to provide the recorded conversation in which the phone agent said their company would refund $200. RIDICULOUS EXPECTATIONS!
7) In short, this company is a joke. I have the screen shot of the initial chat conversation in which the agent says shipping times are guaranteed which I sent to them 3 times, along with all email conversations. They refuse to make-up for their mistake, pulling a Devil’s Advocate scheme, saying “it’s not their policy”. They were the first to violate their own policy when they gave me false information. We are customers. We ask questions, and have no other option but to trust that the people who are hired know what the are talking about, and when it has to do with time sensitive things, it aggravates the customer times 20.
8) During the many times I have called, there is NEVER an available manager to speak to. What kind of customer service is this? I understand not everything in the world has to be the American way. I have traveled extensively and have tons of patience, but what I experienced from TBDresses.Com was horrible by ANY standards.
9) Because I paid via PayPal, I finally decided to open a PayPal dispute and escalated it to a claim. Having sent all the details and evidence, PayPal luckily decided in my favor.
10) In my experience, and the treatment I received, TBDress staff is sneaky, dishonest, applies the policy when it is convenient for them, doesn’t correct or make up for their mistakes, makes the client feel unappreciated, they are uninformed, not elegant, and even when they made mistakes, they still OVER AND OVER pushed for me to accept to receive the dress, weeks after my concert, when I no longer needed the dress. JUST HORRIBLE!
Are the dresses pretty? On photo, yes. I’ve seen terrible customer photos of dresses that arrive stained or totally different from the picture on the catalog. And even if they are perfect princess dresses, who needs the aggravation??? This is NOT a pro-customer company at all!
So unless you have no problem taking screenshots of EVERYTHING on their website; recording your own phone conversations (because they claim they don’t record anything themselves); have the willingness to deal with so much aggravation and bad service; and STILL want to risk having them tell you they will only honor their policy towards the customer, even if they violate their own customer service ethics — BY ALL MEANS! Knock yourself out! And make no mistake: you WILL!

I made an order on Tbdress that cost me 580$, one of the things that I bought was my wedding dress that cost 210$.
They split my order on two and I received my wedding dress first, the problem is that it’s horrible, there is seam everywhere, the sewing is terrible, there is cloth where it shouldn’t be ! It looks like a five year old child made my dress. The thing that I received was definitely not what I ordered.
I tried to contact the company but they took ages to answer and when they finally did they told me that the only thing they could do was to pay me 10$. This offended me so much! I spent 580$ on their website, they send me a shi**y dress and I have to accept this situation for 10$? The only thing I wanted was the dress that I saw on the website.
I tried to solve the problem with pay pal to but they told me they could only send my money back if I didn’t have received the product. And what to do if what I received wasn’t what I bought??
The second part of my order I haven’t received so far, 3 months after I bought it! 3 MONTHS!
I really don’t know what to do anymore, I hope someone can help me!

This company has terrible customer service and is a fraud..I place orders around Jan 20 2013 and jan 24 2013 for amounts of $177.00 and $79.95. I have not received my items although they swear they shipped them-i can’t track the items because it went to a false site that stated “error”..this company has lied before and stated items were shipped and they were never received..I have (2)two orders order #212473 and order 208688 in amount of 177.00 the other 79.95..I’ve tried to reach company several times before complain but to know avail..when i email stating cancel my order and give me a complete refund they email me back stating that i’d only get 10 percent back plus shipping/handling…this has be worst company in the history of mankind.
The 3 bridesmaids dresses I ordered were nothing like the description in the picture they were sewn uneven. When the girls tried them on they were made very cheaply and had threads hanging off. The dresses looked like potato sacks. They looked nothing like in the picture. I tried taking pictures and disputing with them they would not give me a refund. The are crooks if you are thinking of buying from them please take my work and don’t! I am stuck with 3 dresses now and I have no use for them.
Yeah I bought a prom dress about a month ago and never received it and I talked to many people that said its being made and I want to know what to do. I have been very upset with this esp. cuz I am a poor college student and I’m going with my bf to his senior prom
FAKE DRESS. TOTAL SCAM AND RIP OFF. I odered my wedding dress and 2 bridesmaid dresses from TBDress.com. When I recieved the bridesmaid dresses they were nothing like what I ordered. The color was correct, that was about all!! A few weeks later I received my wedding dress… it has hot pink ink marks under the sequins… I swear I think tbdress is a sweat shop. Thankfully I paid with paypal and after battling for 2 months I got a refund through paypal!!
the dress I ordered, even thought I send them my specific measurements was big for me. The top I bough was really poor quality, the lingerie was xxxx large size I guess, but they keep writing “ one size fits all “ but the most of all I am not satisfied with the jewellery they send it to me. when I opened the package the necklace was broken on two sides , the stone on the earring was missing, the other stone just fall off from my touching… I was trying to send them e-mails with the photos of damaged jewelry , but they never reply me back. I started calling them to ask to replace my necklace or do a refund. But they just told me that “it was the fault of the shipping company and the price I was paying is too cheap ($50)“ .
