I paid for shoes and when I got them, they were defective. Shoespie stated they don’t accept returns and refused to even give me a return shipping address. I threatened to contact Paypal and only then did they ask for pictures of the damaged shoes. Customer Service confirmed the shoes were defective, but they refused to give me a full refund. I paid $72 and they offered $28, and would not pay for return shipping. I have all their correspondences on email and have since contacted Paypal’s fraud department!! BUYER BEWARE. I truly think that some of the positive reviews on here are from the companies employees, because this whole ordeal was a nightmare!!!

I’ve bought from that site 4 pair of shoes.For a Shop mistake one pair of shoes It was wrong size.i wrote to Service and After a Long re re re re They answer me that send Back it was Very expensive and to sold to my Friend that shoes.If i wanted they give to me 10$ for Next time. I lost 100 euro.i repeat that it was not my mistake. So don’t buy from europe (i’m in Italy) because if something not ok u will loose your money

These people are thieves!!! They charged $90 for the poorest made shoes that I have ever seen claiming that they were suede! Stay FAR AWAY!!!!
