It has been 5 weeks since I returned the dress I ordered; it did not fit and was flimsy. I still have not received a refund. It looks like this company is a scam.
They are a terrible company. I’ve been waiting over 6 months for a refund for an order they never processed. Meaning I have never received anything… I keep requesting a refund and they keep saying it will be processed in 10-15 business days… Like I said this has been happening for 6+ months
Ordered a dress for my wife, ridiculously undersized, when we opened a ticket to return it, they sent an email back that the refund depended on the weight of the package and did I want a return label, I responded, yes and why does weight affect the refund, they did not respond. 2 days later I sent them another message through the ticket asking for a return label, and why are they ignoring me? Today I looked again and they closed the ticket. I im’ed them and they told me they have no phone number, and 35 minutes, of worthless typing back and forth, I still had no label, the only way to resolve it was to get the shipping address and ups it to them at my expense and file a credit card dispute. a lot of work and $9 more expense for me. I am sure if something fits they are fine, but the real test is how is a company after the sale. They are horrible, I will never do business with them again
This company is nothing but a huge ripoff. They are completely incompetent and trying to get a refund or exchange is impossible. They should not be allowed to be in business.
Original order included 1 medium an 2 large sizes. Items received could noeven fit a seven year old kid. Did not try anything, obviously. Returned with original package via Priority Mail. Sent 3 emails, no answer. today I received a comunication “sorry we cannot help you only take orders at this site. A rip off. Still did not credit my money. Be aware prices are only good if you get the merchandise you order.
The worst experience I have ever had buying through the Internet. SheIn charged my account and sent 3 itmes, so small they could not even be tried on, the would not fit an 8 year old. Have sent several Emails but they have not responded. All I get is that they only take orders at the site. Returned the items but have not been credited. This is a scam.
DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS SHEIN STORE!!! There ought to be a law against their business practices. I sheepishly went overboard shopping with this store. Received the items and the jewelries and and 2 sunglasses DO NOT FIT! They refused to give grant me a refund,because they claim these items are not returnable!!! NEVER WORE THEM,BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO SMALL! YET THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!! If even the items fit I would have still requested for a refund because they are sooooo substandard… There ought to be a law to close such online businesses. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT SHOP WITH SHEIN!!!
no this site is not legit, and ill tell you why. I ordered a bikini whoever made the bikini was drunk. the straps are from a size XXXL, and the bikini bottom and bra cup is child size. I wear size 23 (00) jeans and it was extremely difficult for me to get the bottoms on because they were 4 sizes too small. All of the straps are extremely long and saggy, the bra top hangs 4 inches lower than my nips. honestly, what the fuck. they claim to want honest reviews but i posted my review of the bikini and pictures and surprise surprise, it was “not approved.” i would post pictures if i could, its that bad then I contact customer service with pictures of the issue. i get a message back days later saying “too bad, no refunds.” whoever sent me the message never even read my message, how do i know, because they asked me to submit pictures of the issue when there clearly were 3 in the original message. there is no customer service number, and now they refuse to do anything. 0/5 of the garments i ordered looked remotely like the pictures they advertise.
