    all the cloths doesnt as well as you would like, the shoes are not ergonomic and the refund is only possible if you return the goods to china, paying your shipping cost, obviously, so you could say you have lost your money. Dont buy in sammydress, trust me. Chineese shops in my town are better.

    Sammydress is a very reliable site! The products I bought (jewelry) are of great quality, and when one of my orders got lost, they refunded immediately when I asked them to do so.

    I ordered a pair of shoes and two dresses from them. They send the wrong ones and it took several emails and one 2am (3pm their time) phone call that was a waste of time I got a 85% refund and mailed the shoes back! They wanted me to keep the shoe that I could not fit! The two dress arrived in a week and fit well. I think the shipping takes longer because it has to pass through customs

    A Chinese knockoff website. My item has been shipped for over a month. Seriously, i do not know why it takes so long. This is my fist and my last order with you all. I received and email that said the dress would be mailed out on the 10th of February. I can’t believe your company. I ordered a size 8 dress not a custom made dress I sent no measurements only my size. I can’t believe you guys have ruined my whole event. Wow!!! ABBYDRES,FUDDYDRESS,GINDRESS any site is better this!

    i made 3 orders from them i receive only the 1 and they dont want to refund me the 2 orders i did not receive.the refund me the one i receive omg.4 months now i am sending emails and they makde fun of me for 7 EUROS.dont buy from them dont trust them

    I ordered last year 12/25 still item is not delivered.
    For other item I paid tracking shipping detail charges still I am not able to track the shipment.
    I raised so many tickets but yet no response.Site says response in 48 hrs which is funny quote.Its more than a week I have not received the response.
    Please don’t order any item from this site.Even if u r tempted like me to buy just close the browser or add Sammydress site in blocked websites.

    I made my order and purchased. They emailed me saying that they would send the tracking number as soon as they received my payment. After 4 days, there was no tracking number sent. I’ve been communicating with them, I was just receiving an automated response on the net.

    Don’t ever buy from this website sammydress.com, it will just be a headache.

    SAMMYDRESS IS A MAJOR SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
    ** THEY WILL STEAL YOUR IDENTITY AND USE YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS **

    THIS WEBSITE (Sammydress.com) IS A WELL RESOURCED SCAM WITH LOTS OF $$ FOR PROFESSIONAL LOOKING BANNER ADS, WEBSITE, ENGLISH-SPEAKING SEO/SOCIAL MEDIA PEOPLE BUT THEY ARE CON-ARTISTS

    I live in Australia and when I tried to buy things from them via their website in January 2014 and paid with my credit card via PayPal, this what they did:

    1) Failed to send me an invoice via email so I couldn’t prove that I bought it.
    2) Automatically made me an account for their website without my permission
    3) Sent me a private message via the website ASKING ME TO SEND THEM COPIES OF MY ID AND CREDIT CARD NUMBER BEFORE THEY WOULD RELEASE THE GOODS!!!!! See this link for the entire message: http://i.imgur.com/zccm6IP.jpg

    As soon as ANYBODY has your full name and date of birth, with a photo of you and your credit card number (or any part it) THEY CAN BUY THINGS ON YOUR CARD AND COMMIT IDENTITY FRAUD.

    I rang PayPal straight away and luckily they found the transaction easily in their records and they lodged a dispute on my behalf with Sammy res. Within 2 hours, I got another email (not a private message) from Sammy Dress advising me that they had refunded the FULL AMOUNT back onto my card.

    BEWARE THAT even if Sammy Dress don’t ask you for these details, they may also try to do some of the following:
    • Pretend they don’t have your right address or pretend things are out of stock and keep you hanging for 45 days with bullshit excuses and long wait times between private messages. If you don’t lodge a dispute within 45 days of placing your order and them taking your money, PayPal can’t do anything!!!! SO MAKE A FUSS AND RING PAYPAL ASAP!! PayPal can take the money straight out of their account and refund you if you lodge a dispute. PayPal will contact the seller and get them to over shipping details/tracking number of your parcel and if they can’t provide in 10 days, PayPal will take the money straight out of their account and put it back into yours.
    • Not send part of the order and say they are out of stock and keep you waiting more than 45 days (A friend of mine bought items from Sammy Dress and was really excited about all the things she bought but she only got half her order and they have ignored her emails ever since.)
    • Delete your negative messages on their facebook wall

    I’ve ordered from SammyDress is the past and got all my items within a month from my order. I’ve been making small orders here and there for a few months, and I always received my items a month after ordering them. However, recently I’ve made a larger order and have yet to receive my items. It has been 4 months and I have only received one article of clothing from my entire order. I don’t believe that SammyDress is a scam . They are a legitimate company. However, I do believe they need to get more organized and on top of their company. I will not order from them again, the stress is not worth it. I’m sorry to everyone who has lost money to this company. Hopefully the word can get spread and they will lose more and more customers. This behavior is unacceptable. We expect our products in an organized and timely fashion. Sure we are paying low prices but the quality is cheap and the shipping is still expensive. Their lack of communication and unorganized methods are completely unprofessional. They should not be in the retail business.

    Ordering from this site was a big mistake. I never received my item (I waited for 2 months) and although I contacted many times their support center they never replied. I had to ask Paypal for help so that I could get a refund. People running this site think that buyers are stupid enough to believe all the lame excuses they are making up for lacking professionalism.

    I am a new customer to this site. I ordered despite getting bad reviews as I found the product description good.
    The date of making the purchase was Sep 10, 2013. I received a mail on Sep 13, 2013 that my order no. M1309100421360931 has been shipped out.
    Despite waiting for over 2 and a half months I haven’t received my order, nor an intimation for the delay…. not even an option for refund.
    The tracking no’s do not work. It’s totally frustrating. Is there any sales rep or Customer Relationship Manager that can help me out here?
