I ordered a dress, I got a response back that said I must confirm my order after the website kept sending me back to pay several times. When I got the message that told me to confirm my order I ignored it and was glad that it did not go through after all of the trouble with the site. Finally after several weeks I receive the item. It was supposed to be a santa clause dress I am 5ft 3 and 107 lbs. I ordered a womens S. The item I received did not even cover my belly. It looks like an xs tee shirt, not a dress. the material looks nothing like the photo on their website. The material is very poor, worst I have ever seen even in a cheap costume. I paid 20 for the item and cannot wear it, Cheap, Cheap Cheap. This place is a scam. you cannot even reach a customer service agent. They are not based in the us, the item came from China, it says on the website they are out of Texas. none of their phone no. work.
These people are ridiculous. I ordered an item, and it simply said “Paid” for several days. Then after talking to them several times, they finally say it will be shipped. 5 minutes later, i get an email saying they messed up and it wont be shipped. After i asked for a refund they tried to pull a 10% fee on me before i threatened to report them to the BB and they promised a full refund. Still waiting on that by the way. Never shop here, they should be shut down.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Not only did I not receive my package until over a month later. I’ve been getting the runaround about a refund and this woman has been impossible trying to give me a $6 credit and a coupon in lieu of the $60 I spent. Never have I dealt with a company like this.
I placed an order on 12/2 and opted for the fast shipping option of 4-6 days. On 12/7, I still yet to see listed on my order that the ordered had even shipped. I finally was able to live chat with someone (most likely from China) and indeed my order had not been shipped and I was told they were waiting on 1 item and it should ship in the next few days. Well that was enough for me to cancel my order which I was told would cost 10% to do so. I would not recommend ordering from this company ever! Even if the prices are half of the other distributors!
I guess I’m really lucky, because I had a very positive experience with Pink Queen. The shipping from China was FREE, and one of the swim suits I bought was less than 1/4 the price of the same suit from Victoria’s Secret.
On the downside, I bought through Paypal and never was asked for my shipping address. The order went through without asking for a final confirmation. I got no confirmation email. However, I wrote two nasty emails questioning whether the site was a scam. Both were answered promptly and politely, providing my order details and a tracking number. The order arrived with no packing slip enclosed, but both suits exactly as I ordered.
I will NEVER shop Pink Queen again…EVER!!! They are lucky to receive one mark on my behalf. They are negative 100 in my book. They are scammers, they will rip you off, they are scandalous crooks. They owe me a refund on an order I placed a month ago for Halloween that was duplicated & I got charged twice for. They did cancel the 2nd order but now I’m pulling teeth trying to get my money back. I called PayPal today to file a buyer complaint, so now they are involved in recovering my money. These people NEVER answer the Texas phone # they have listed nor do they EVER return requested callbacks. It’s harder than all heck to get them to return an email…you have to get firm & nasty with them to do that. So ANY future buyer\”window shopper” BEWARE!!! JUST TURN AWAY!!! HIT THE BACK BUTTON!!! DON’T BUY FROM HERE!!! SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY & SANITY!!!!

Never got 2 items. Received a different wig then ordered. Items were a bad knock off of the originals in the picture. XL in size is meant for a child. When I asked for atleast the items they didn’t send they told me that things get missed up sometimes and then they deactivated the service email account. DO NOT SHOP THERE, SAVE YOUR MONEY!
I ready do wish I had found the reviews before I placed an order from them. And yes the company IS in China, Elsa costume was NOTHING AS PICTURED ( it’s not even long enough to reach my ankles) and the train was non existent. The cape part of it is in 2 pieces The fabric is COMPLETELY TRANSPARENT! Would have to wear another dress under it to maintain decency….After a couple firm emails, they had shipped my item. This thing is a joke. Save your money! And pay a little more for something you can see, touch, and try on. Trust me it’s well worth it… If you could only see this monstrosity….. Smh.
I ordered the same exact thing. I hear ya. Same here except my order got submitted twice. Order was canceled its been a month & still no refund. Had to get PayPal involved. Pink Queen is already being investigated by them.
Did not buy from here because it seemed really fishy. A Halloween costume i wanted and everyone was sold out. It also cost about 65.00 dollars on “legit” websites. Can’t find it anywhere but pink queen conveniently had it for 29.00. I called “customer service” number. ..in NY?! I called it but no answer. I Thought They Were Based Out Of TX? Anyway I registered but never gave them my credit card number and they sent me about 10 email since begging me to finish my order and pay for my item…just seems weird!
It’s listed at a US address, but the website has all the hallmarks of a Chinese-based company. You’ll find dozens of websites as fronts for only one or two companies.
The danger of doing business with any PRC company is the difficulty of doing a chargeback. If a company in (for example) the US, England or Italy ripped you off, credit card companies will let you process the chargeback and get your money. China, on the other hand, is a black hole where money goes in and nothing comes out. And credit card companies won’t do squat to help you.
Ive purchased a pair of skelton tights and used the worldpay link of theirs to make my payment and they are saying i haven’t paid even though its even showing up in my bank account as 14.67 from pinkqueen.com.

I simply needed these for Halloween and I’m thinking ill have to order elsewhere and go dispute the transaction. This is why i usually only shop on Amazon and big dept store websites.
And still no response..I ordered my tights from Amazon. I’ll just consider the 14.67 a donation to them I suppose. Definitely will not order from them ever again. I used Rosewholesale.com before and they at least always have got my payments and my stuff shipped to me. They’re also pretty cheap so I say try their website.

This place is terrible. I am so upset with my order. I had written them that I wanted to return my order because it didn’t fit. They then added insult to injury stating that I had chosen size L coming into the game and had to have known my size. Little did they know, I had tried on the outfit before at another retailer and KNEW FOR SURE. That I am a size L. In addition, the product that I got was not what it was in the picture. I had ordered a Robin Halloween costume. The belt is suppose to be plastic that is very malleable. It was felt with a hot glue gunned black ring. The mask was a joke, made out of plastic wrap pretty much. Then the cape wouldn’t even go around my head. Now, since I knew my size. I tried it on, and immediately knew. THIS IS NOT A L.
I had responded to the rude e-mail as soon as I had received it. I know that they have had time to read it. However, they have not responded. If I were you, I would go in nicely, asking for a refund; not really saying the reason why to make sure that they reach you. Then give them the blow that they are terrible.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! I made a purchase and have since tried to cancel my order and have my money refunded; however, the company keeps coming up with bogus excuses as to why they cannot refund my money and immediately provide me with a confirmation number. The company claims to be based out of Texas, yet the toll-free number is based out of New York and seems to be a cell phone number. No one answers the phone, and it goes to voicemail after so many rings. Also, the “customer service representative” is bogus. I’ve chatted with the same person twice in a week time frame. This company is such a scam; I’ve reported them to the BBB.
I will be reporting them to the BBB as well! They have ripped off so many people(so I’ve read-nothing but negative reviews EVERYWHERE!) I can’t believe places like PayPal still allow them to operate or at least take people’s money. I got them involved in my dispute!
