I was on the web specifically looking for a costume that I knew was primarily priced at around $200 regardless of where you purchased! After going on one website after another and after another I finally came across PinkQueen.com
Immediately I found my desired costume priced at $ 69.99. That’s $130.00 less then everywhere else! immediately jumped on the opportunity to take advantage of this fantastic sale. I went through the payment process, opted to pay with my PayPal account, and immediately received a confirmation letter stating that I would receive my costume within 7 to 10 business days. After I completed my purchase I then thought that the sale price was far too good to be true, so I went on a few websites looking for reviews on the site. One after another I found nothing but negative reports and reviews of customers waiting to have not got their products and/or missing items when the products were shipped. Needless to say this alarmed me so I patiently waited the 7 to 10 Business days hoping that I was one of the few lucky customers to get my package on time as well as complete!
Well I’m happy to report that not only did I receive my package, I also received extra items that I wasn’t expecting to get! The purchase that I had made I thought was only going to be a skirt and top not the extra added accessories gloves/Hat/boot covers! Surprised and shocked I received both skirt top hat gloves and boot covers all in a timely fashion and for a phenomenally great price!!!!!!
How are you supposed to track your package? They gave me a conformation email but it doesn’t like me track it, it said it was going to take 7-10 days to come in. It’s been a week. I’m worried. How would I be able to get my money back?

Do Not, I repeat DO NOT order with them. I paid 80 dollars for two dresses, I only recieved ONE, when I contacted them they said they shipped both in the same package. They wouldn’t give me my money back and they wouldn’t send another dress. They suck!
Do not order from them!!!!!! One of the items I ordered was not in the package luckily it was only $4.85 they claimed they sent me an email that it was out of stock and that they hadn’t heard from me. They wanted to give me credits or to pick something else. Some of the clothes run small. Also right after I purchased the items I got no confirmation email of payment. Their reply emails are clearly written by someone who doesn’t speak English as a first language. The wording isn’t friendly.
I’ve waited a month and a half for a pair of leggings, that’s I still haven’t received … Never again… Their a shitty site.

From the very beginning the website looked sketchy, from the poor grammar used to the picture of Kim Kardashian they used as a model of their clothing. The site was so poorly done and unprofessional I couldn’t go through putting in my order. Being that I stopped short of putting in my payment info; they were able to email me to harass me about completing my order. … don’t do it!!!! Even if you do eventually get your product don’t risk your credit card information to these guys who know what they will do with it later on. There are too many legitimate website to deal with to go through this nonsense
I bought a galexy sweater and a tanktop from them. Yes the number is bogus, shipping took a month but i did get my products. I got them in two separate shippings i got the sweater on friday and the tanktop on monday so its not a scam its just slow and on the smaller side but i wont risk this company again
SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!! They shipped 4 of the 6 items I ordered and the returns policy on the website is a lie.

It’s a told scam, don’t do it people. Pink Queen is awful! Their customer service is terrible. The number that they give you on the website is bogus, it just rings and rings until you get a busy signal. The “chat” is pointless because all they say is “it takes 7-10 days.” It’s been longer than that and I still haven’t received a tracking number. I will never buy anything from them again and I wouldn’t encourage anyone else to do so either.
Do not buy from this site unless you have several weeks to wait on your order to arrive. I purchased an item for my granddaughter for her birthday on 2/5/14. Their site says shipments will be made in 5 to 7 working days. My item (according to their tracking number) is still in China. First they told me my order was delayed due to Christmas (in Feb?), then it was due to spring festival,then weather. I am so frustrated All I want is to cancel this order and get my money back but I think I am not getting either. Definitely would not recommend this company. If they are going to sell in U.S. they need a distributor in the states.
I had ordered a bathing suit from pinkqueen about a week ago and these reviews are really starting to concern me. How long did it take for the package to arrive and was ANYONE satisfied with the actual product??
I ordered a renaissance knight costume from them under a different name – MELODICDAY STORE for my little girls’ birthday party. When the item was not received within two days prior to the event I started to contact them through email and phone to get a shipping track number. They responded with an automated response that said they would send me the express number as soon as they had it. However, the shipping confirmation had been sent to me a week prior so they had to have a tracking number when the shipment left their facility. When I got this response I began to get suspicious and looked back at my paypal transactions — the characters were in Japanese — I thought I was ordering from a company in Texas!!! Then when I entered the Texas address I discovered the different name and the complaints on scams. I wish I had looked into their company more prior to ordering but trusted them due to the paypal association. Now I am only in hopes that paypal will help me get a refund. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!
Heather-did PayPal ever get you your refund? I have just recently involved them in my dispute since my payment was placed thru PayPal as well. Just curious.
I ordered a pair of leggings on December 28th 2013 and it is now February 1st 2014 and I have still not received my package. I e-mailed them twice and have not received an e-mail from them. I checked the status of my shipment and there are chinese characters in it’s place. I translated it and in english it says “has hit single”. There is no doubt about it being a scam site. Just wish I would have read reviews before I ordered. Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else. Pinkqueen is a Scam.
Bought four pair of leggings for my girlfriend. They shipped 3 weeks later and I received them on the 4th week. I stupidly didn’t open the package and when my girlfriend opened it AFTER Christmas, it only had 2 out of 4 items. I tried emailing them and they behaved like they were concerned, but after the 45day return policy with PayPal, they just started to forward my emails back to me with a couple Chinese characters. Horrible, Ripoff, Untrustworthy, Scam, Bad Business.
Initial service and shipping is quite good, but goods are of the cheapest, nastiest material every. Too small and don’t match sizing chart. I was desiring a refund until I read the blurb and realised that this is probably a total scam company and that I’m unlikely to ever see my money again. Wish I’d read the reviews before putting in my order. What a waste of money. Definitely NEVER order from this site. It’s expensive and not worth even 10% of what was paid.

Folks, save yourself the money and heartache. Stay away from this supplier. It’s a bonafide scam. Wished that I had read the reviews from this site before ordering. Out of 3 items ordered, only 2 were delivered. Like others, my repeated emails about the 3rd item went unanswered. As far as their merchandise goes, the materials are of cheap quality. Considering that their prices are more expensive than some other Chinese suppliers, it’s a major disappointment. The entire order becomes even more expensive in view that I paid for 3 items but only received 2.
