I ordered a costume on 11/13 and received my package on 11/29. Costume runs small, but overall I am very satisfied. I contacted their costumer service regarding my shipment and they promptly responded that day. They also contacted EMS to make sure the shipment was not lost. I will definitely return!
I doubt this is a real review, it is obviously a shill response due to the large amounts of negative feedback received here (and everywhere else)

This company is definitely a scam. I ordered a Halloween costume 3 weekss before Halloween and paid extra for expedited shipping (3-5 business days) so that I would get it in time. My credit card was charged right away and I never received a shipping notification.
A week before Halloween I attempted to call their customer service line, but it did not work. So I contacted a customer service rep via the website’s online chat. This representative told me that my item hadn’t shipped yet, but that she would “urge them to ship it” and that I would still have it before Halloween. She couldn’t give me any explanation for why it hadn’t shipped yet or tell me who “they” were. She also could not guarantee that I would have it in time, just that she would “urge them to ship it.”
Unconvinced, I sent an email to the customer service inbox. I received a prompt reply telling me that my order had shipped and been lost by the shipping company. I was told that my item was now out of stock, but perhaps I’d like to exchange it for a Christmas costume. I requested a refund instead and was again recommended a Christmas costume. She finally agreed to process a refund, but did not provide a time within I could expect it to be processed. I have since sent several follow up email inquiring as to the status of my refund, but have not received a reply.
This place is SCAM! Do not waste your time or money!!

I will never ever shopped at pink queen ever again there customer service is very poor the # that they give is fraud I will be pressing legal action against them if I don’t get my item within next week they are a scam I purchase four items from them from the 10/29 and until todays date I cant get a confirmation # when I called ana called a gentleman answer sounds like he was in bed sayiny that its because of the Halloween and sorry for the inconvient but if I don’t get my order within certain time I will get the federal government involve what kind of company is this I tried other sites and my order is successful but if this is a scam I am going to teach these scammers a lesson.

Received my shipment two days late. I ordered a size small and it was too big. On top of that i open the package only to find a knockoff costume, looked nothing like the product description or the picture they posted on their site… The costume was hideous, looked like a three year old had sewn a bunch of material together. I tried to contact them Via email, live chat and phone but could not get a hold of anyone and did not ever hear back.
quite the opposite re sizing – I ordered a L bikini and am an average size 14 in Aust. [sometimes 12 bottoms], but it is scant, though does fit. Bikinis exactly as photo in terms of style etc

I placed an order on 10/21 and expedited shipping to deliver for a costume party on Nov 1. The money came out of my account within hours of ordering along with an email receipt stating that “orders and payments may take 2-3 days to process.” I have yet to receive a confirmation email to acknowledge that my order has indeed shipped and my repeated calls to both “customer service” phone numbers on their page have gone unanswered, as well as the live message chat that always seems to be offline. If I am unsuccessful in reaching a live agent of Pink Queen by the end of day, I will most certainly be contacting my bank, PayPal, and the BBB for a full refund. After reading dismal customer reviews and browsing their FB page, which people continually post to stating the site is a scam, I do not have much faith that my order will arrive in time, if at all. I made the mistake of not researching this company prior to making my purchase and will not make that mistake again. I hope potential Pink Queen customers find this review helpful and it may save you the annoyance of ordering through this company who apparently knows nothing about good customer service and timely responses. It may well be a scam so BUYER BEWARE!!!
Site is a major scam! They will send you a FAKE tracking number, the costume I ordered completely disappeared off the site after I ordered it even though they said it was shipped to me….

This company has by far some of the worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced! I ordered a dress over a week ago. Paid for expedited shipping to ensure that the item would arrive in time for my birthday celebration Thursday(in 4 days) this week. I emailed them the day of my purchase about my address change and they immediately responded back. After two days (processing time), I sent emails about when I should expect my delivery, no response.. Called the #… no answer! On the 6th day I get an automated email saying they were backed up with orders.. their apologies blah blah. I KNOW that I will not receive my order in time. I’ve emailed them about canceling. No response! I want my refund!! I’m more so disappointed because I haven’t found a dress in stores or online until I came across this site for my bday, and don’t have the time to look now! I just want my money back! I will NEVER shop there again and I will take the time to share this review everywhere possible!!!
This review is soo true. I am having the exact problem right now. I paid almost close to $50.00 for my purchase. I called customer service, no answer, I have tried online chat, no answer and I got a email recently saying that during the halloween peak season they are struggling to send out their orders on time. I paid extra for my delivery to be delivered on time and now all i want is my money back. This is ridiculous.
placed order 26 october [weekend] and order delivery was a bit longer than expected [7 nov] but not out of the ordinary for overseas. Just to note that I’ve actually been waiting since Oct 5 for an order from NUTRILIFE and have constantly emailed with only automated response. Anyone dealt with this company?
Placed an order 10/1. 10/3 received a call from my credit card had multiple fraudulent charges on it. Cancelled the card, opened a new account. PinkQueen.com was the only place I used this card. And they never processed my order.
Don’t order from PinkQueen unless you want to take a chance on your card being stolen.

@Tikima Troy, I had a similar experiance when shopping with pinkqueen but i did manage to get through to them eventuely so i can get an exchange. I guess due to time difference they can be a bit difficult to get in touch with but after my phone call, we mainly exchanged information by email. again when i got my package delivered, it could have been a bit quicker as it took 9 days instead of 7 which is what it said on the DHL website when i tracked my package. Other than that, my outfit fits me perfectly and i would say i got it for a reasonable price. for the same outfit here in US would cost me double the amount. The quality of the product is good i guess but for the price i paid, it is totally worth it.

I made a purchase from pinkqueen.com on 3/6 and today on 3/8 they send me a email stating my items are out of stock. The email went on to state I have two options I can eithwe get a full refund or they will grant a exchange. At first I was just going to take the exchange. Then I replied to the email, no reply, tried to do the live chat, keep in mind between emailjng and trying live chat (that was never available) I was calling the phone number provided, i made 14 phone calls and did not ge one live person i got a answering machine starting my party is mpt available. I will calling my bank to look into this issue.
I had the same problem. I purchased 4 swimsuits and they shipped one. They changed the order with PayPal to reflect one swimsuit, only (for the cost of 4)!. They shipped only one suit and refuse to answer emails in regards to the original order. These people are just taking your money and running with it. They have an F rating with the Consumer Alliance in Houston, TX, yet they keep operating without consequence.
