Have been trying to e mail this place! it is a rip off and a scam. can’t believe I fell for this, my bag stinks and is not pink as I ordered. I want to return but have no address!
How us this company allowed to trade. What an absolute scam they are. No customer service, defective goods and they should be prosecuted. BEWARE
Ordered bag on 3/6/2019. Credit card charged on 3/8/2019. Have not received bag. No response to emails. Do not order from Pierebuy.
Received bag with terrible odour and button broken. No response to several emails. Should have known better than to purchase from China. Never again. Can’t believe they are able to trade in Australia. Can only advise beware.
I’ve been trying to return two bags that have an odor. I did hear from them, they told me to put lemons in the bag for a week! I told them no, I wanted to return them. Now they won’t respond. The bags I purchased had great reviews…I’m now sure they were made up.

I was unhappy with the quality of my purchase. I did not hear back from the company so I attempted to mail it to the address on the package. It turned out to be a made up address-the zip was not correct for the city and no such street exists. Frustrated!!!
