Very good costumer service and quick response.Newchic refunded me promptly as i never received my order.They are very efficient,only weakness in their business is the post,it is sometimes very slow….but if you are in no hurry,i strongly recommend you shop with them!
one of my purchases were back ordered, so Rebecca notified me of this process. I asked her if she could split the order and send what was available now. She was so gracious and the next day I got an email from her telling me she indeed did do this and the ones instock have now been shipped ahead…so I won’t have to wait the long time till full order is ready. Great customer service…especially from Rebecca!
New Chic are a very good company, the packages arrive in good time, and if there is a problem with one the customer service team I found are outstanding, and fall over backwards to help sort the problem out for you. I will recommend to any one to use this company they may be from china but delivery is very quick.

The last 31st of december i order a mask façons. In the middle of january i was to not receive my product si i wrote an email.

First lot of boots arrived late as sent snail mail in error but customer services kept me informed. Boots are a good 2 EU sizes smaller than usual. a second pair were sent for postage only and came within a week. Still a bit small for their size and too wide. I was kept informed at all times so good email service.
this past Christmas season I had ordered a pair of shoes/boots. the order was processed December 3, 2016. By the first week of January I had still not rec’d the order. NewChic was fabulous…I emailed them, within 12 hours I had a response with a course of action to take to solve the problem. Ironically enough, the order arrived that day.
I was really impressed with their timely response and now I am really impressed with my order!!
