After my first delivery from Newchic was thought by me to be lost in transit, I emailed Newchic twice over a couple of weeks. I was genuinely surprised at how kind and helpful they were, and encouraging of the fact that they felt confident the order would be delivered. It took about 5 weeks (including the Christmas period), but was finally delivered. Subsequent orders have been delivered as usual. Thanks Newchic for your excellent after-care customer service.

Compre unos zapatos que me quedaron pequeños al querer devolverlos me hicieron tomarm medidas sacar muchísimas fotos de mis pies de los zapatos, comparandolos con 4 calzados y marcas diferentes , se notaba que habia diferencia con la talla standard y las respuestas de los mails fueron bastante rapidas y amables, pero solo me devuelven la mitad del importe de los articulos (sin el envio que es carisimo) , no cambian los articulos mirar bien la tabla de medidas tan especiales que tienen antes de comprar

Compre unos zapatos que son mas pequeños que la medida standard,quise devolverlos pero me ofrecieron devolverme la mitad de lo que pague. me hubiera gustado que en primer lugar las tallas sean los correctos y sino que me cambien los zapatos, porque me encantan y me quedo con ellos y no me sirven….Antes de comprar mirar la tabla de medidas de ellos porque son muy diferentes al standard! la respuesta de post venta es bastante rápida y amable.

Excellent customer service. My original order were shoes which were too small, after contacting customer service they instantly offered me next size free of charge. Just awaiting them now.
