I ordered a pair of boots for a friend through Newchic. The sizing was a problem. The boots were good quality for the money but the sizing was way off. The company offered to refund me half the cost and keep the boots. Be careful of sizing when ordering from this company esp shoes. use foot measurements not size.

My order went through quickly and my product arrived within 2 weeks. I was told that the shoes ran small so order one size bigger and they fit perfect. I will buy from this company again.

Took a while to be delivered but when belt come it proved to be of verygood quality. the after sales service was courteous and efficient.

I never received my order after six weeks. I contacted NewChic via e-mail and requested a refund. My PayPal accounted was credited the full purchase price within two days. That is outstanding customer service!!!
