I ordered some shoes and accessories from Newchic. The products are good quality (although the size tends to be a little smaller than I am used to)and the sevice is superb. A hat I ordered arrived with a little stain on it, so I sent them a picture and they apologized and sent me another hat (I asked for a different color) as compensation.
I can’t speak highly enough of Newchic. They are currently out of stock of what I purchased and have been really helpful with keeping me informed. They were most apologetic and even offered a full refund of my money if I didn’t want to wait for the new shipment to arrive. Setlla, the person I have been in contact with has been very helpful, polite and quick to respond to my emails. I ordered 5 pieces of clothing and I am happy with what I got – only one of the pieces is smaller than I expected but the quality is very good and the customer service is excellent.
I ordered a necklace and did not understand how to fasten it because of no clasp or fastener as it was a different style. I contacted Newchic Customer Service for assistance and they responded immediately and were very helpful in sending images to clearly explain how to put the loop over a knot to connect the necklace sides. A big shout out and thanks to Setlla who worked with me so kindly!
I saw an ad for some New Chic shoes on Facebook and I really liked them I decided to take a chance and order some. I received direct and personal contact when it was discovered that the shoes would be late in arriving. When they came, I liked them better than I liked them in the ad! I have since ordered two more pair in a different style.
I am happy with the shoes I purchased.
Overall I am very satisfied with the product. I ordered a pair of shoes and they are very comfortable. It did take longer than I expected to receive the shoes but in the end they are very comfortable and good quality. I would order again just keeping in mind that it may take 2 months to receive your order.
