I bought a top which I thought would per the sizing. It did not fit . I contacted them through live chat and was told to wait for email. I did email arrived but was of no help. I will keep top and give away but cannot buy from any store that I am not sure how the sizes run and can’t get a refund.Wanted to buy many things but now can’t trust it.

I have ordered several things from this site thinking that the products were readily available. Not only did I learn that everything was coming from CHINA, but that most everything on sale (for which I paid) was “out of stock.” Bottom line is a month wait or more for “back order” and I think this a cheap shot at customers who otherwise might like this site, THUMBS DOWN from me. Never again because there is NO customer support, and links for same lead to nowhere.

I ordered a cotton dress from Newchic but as the company is based in China it took 4 weeks to arrive.
I contacted customer service during this time and they answered immediately to assure me it had been dispatched, it arrived very shortly afterwards.
The sizing of the dress is good and it fits well.
The only criticism is that the cotton is very thin and you can see leg shape through the skirt – will have to wear a slip underneath or wear with leggings.
Apart from that it is fine, it only cost £20 !!

The process of ordering to delivery of my gorgeous cardigan was long , from 3rd of March to 12th April. But the support I got from Newchic was excellent. They kept reassuring me that my cardigan would arrive. It was well worth the wait as the cardigan is beautiful.
This company has excellent customer service. I ordered some shoe and at first I was concerned that it was taking a long time to receive my shoes, so I sent them an e-mail demanding an explanation. They answered immediately and explained that they are in China and it takes anywhere from 7 to 22 working days, depending on what country you’re in. They gave me a tracking number and I could see where the shoes had been. And sure enough, I received the shoes the day after I received their email.
Remember…7 to 22 “working days”, so don’t count weekends. I’m not in a hurry to receive my items, so it works great for me and I will keep on ordering.

I have dealt with Newchic a few times and have always received my items in a timely manner. On my last order the purse I ordered did not include the long cross-body strap. I sent a quick e-mail to their Customer Service, and had a response the same day. They apologized and said the strap would be in the next post! I received it yesterday, again very quickly.
I would absolutely recommend this company, and offer my highest praises for their attentive customer service. FIVE big stars!
I was a little apprehensive about making the purchase but liked the look of the jacket I wanted to buy. The package arrived without any worries but I had somehow given them the wrong size. After a couple of emails with the customer service department, a replacement was sent without a fuss, which arrived earlier than expected. I was very pleased.
DO NOT ORDER FROM NEWCHIC!!!! Note that all the glowing reviews are brief and often poorly written – because they are fake!!! NEWCHIC will send you products that are not as advertised (my brown shoes were bright orange and were NOT leather) and will outright refuse to allow a return. Imagine a retail store where you pick out a product from the shelf and then the salesperson secretly switches it with an inferior product, and you don’t realize until you’ve gotten home. And then when you go back to the store, they refuse to let you return the product, or else they offer you a tiny fraction of your purchase price (they offered me “400 points”, or $4 US dollars, for $60 shoes). This is NEWCHIC. Also, they pretend that “customer service“ and “live chat” are two different things, but they are one and the same. Also, “live chat” will pretend to escalate the issue to their “after sales department”, but again, this is a lie. There is no such department. It is all part of their attempt to confuse and frustrate the customer in hopes that they will give up and go away. NEWCHIC has been scamming consumers in this capacity for some time now – RUN from NEWCHIC!!!!
