I ordered shoes on 17 August this year and finally received it today 19 December in time for Christmas. I think a lot of blame can be placed on our the Post Office Service in South Africa as well as customs where all the hold up was. My shoes are lovely and of high quality and I am sure that I am going to enjoy wearing them.
At first was not impressed, but have been liaisons great with them and they have been brilliant. Would defo use again
Hi everybody I live in the UK and I have had quite a bit of stuff from Newchic and I must say cannot fault it even sent me another bag because the handle was missing on one I orders had shoes and now waiting for a coat excellent service and good replies as well.

terrible so far, paid extra for shipping, keep getting fake tracking numbers, item I ordered back order, no notice given, I think they are waiting for the whole order no straight answer given, but if I try to buy another one I can, I have an idea how about send me what I bought and paid for. no more fraud and fake tracking numbers and lies

I ordered 3 bras a size up from what I needed because the site said they ran small. The ended up still being to small. I contacted customer service they were pretty good to deal with and answered back everyday (because of the time difference it isn’t instant & usually was the next day when I got a response). They tried to be helpful & were very polite. They helped me reorder based off my measurements. I just had to pay shipping and they had me keep the original items. The second set of replacement bras were to big. I was disappointed they had pointed me in an incorrect direction. They refunded me half the money of my order. Not exactly a win, I didn’t get the items I ordered to fit, and I didn’t get my money back but they were helpful and easy to work with. It could have been worse though at least I got some money back and I can donate the items to someone who can hopefully use them.
