I bought a number of small purses and back packs for my granddaughters. Unfortunately the package was taken from my mailbox. I contacted Newchic and they graciously refunded my money.
I think they made this customer very happy.
I was disappointed.It took for ever to be told that the chosen clothes were not in stock. I had passed two different orders, the second one I had to choose another item as the one I had chosen was not available.The first order was cancelled completely. So much time lost for nothing at all!

An item ended up not being in stock after purchase. I was informed expeditiously. A refund was processed just as quickly. Yes, I am a repeat customer and intend to continue as a customer.
Excellent customer service. The items I bought we too small. They returned my emails immediately and after corresponding they sent larger items to fit me and told me to give the smaller ones to family. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Would use them again and fully recommend them to everyone.
I was disappointed when I did not receive my order and it was lost in the mail. However when I contacted customer support (Sabrina) I received an immediate response and I’m happy to say within a very short time I’ve been informed the order is being reshipped to me. I ordered some gadgets which were sent in 2 packages. Received 1 package and the other was lost in transit. Contacted the customer and they are very responsive. The replacement was sent quickly.
I had a shipping issue caused by the USPS. New Chic was attentive and helpful thru the course of the tracking issues and provided exceptional customer service for a problem that was not even caused by them. I have ordered multiple times from New Chic and always received the best customer service.
My package was lost in transit and after emailing their customer support I was quickly responded to and they were more than happy to help resolve the issue. In the end they quickly sent out a replacement for the lost package and it’s on it’s way within 48 hours of bringing the issue to their attention!

Awesome value. Bought two pairs of shoes and love them both. I will use again. Just have to be prepared to wait for shipping. But once you get used to their schedule, it’s not an issue.
