I ordered in DEC and no order receivref! Paid amount with no dresses received
I ordered in Dec. and still no dresses. It is now the middle of Jan. My ordered was paid for in Dec. Out over 50.00. Will not use aain.
I received the dress in a very timely manner. The problem is that the dress is not true to size according to the measurements chart. As a result does not fit. I have tried calling and received a voice message that they are not available. I have left a number of messages. Styles are attractive, but what good is it if the item does not fit or you can’t get anyone to respond to solve the issue. Lesson from all of this: Buy American!!!!
Will never order from them again. Expensive lesson learned. The coat I ordered had sleeves too short and the stitching was very poor. Was told to keep it because it would cost more to send it back to China. Never again! Beware!

Horrible company–no way to reach for refund or exchange. Site won’t allow me to submit request for refund, loops me around and around.

Do not trust this company. There is nothing in place for refunds, replacements or store credit. I’ve sent many complaints regarding the wrong color than what was shown, arms too small and the item much larger than expected for my size.
I plan on complaining to BBB if I’m able to. Out $66.00
Will never use this company again. Placed an order in Oct. it is now Jan. 7th. and still no order. They say it is in US and it is our customs holding it up. That is baloney! I still expect to receive my order one day and then will probably not be able to wear it. I will never order from China again either.

I received a coat from them which is the wrong size. When I contacted them they said it would be expensive to send it back. Spent $50 for a coat which is now useless to me. Don’t do business with them!

I placed an order 11/21/16. I’m still waiting. I tried to track it and only get as far as a possessing plant in China. I’ve ordered a few things from China and have never had a problem with other companies.
The item says “will ship in 24 hours”. Seventeen days later I am still waiting. Customer service does not care.
This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They will take your money, not ship the order and it’s impossible to get a response. Stay away!
The clothing is cheap and not true to size. The return policy takes weeks and you are still not going to get the refund that you are promised. DON’T buy from this company unless you want to waste time and money.
I placed my first and last order. Took over three months to receive my order. One shirt. I wanted it for Christmas but got it today on New Years Eve. Ordered the first of November. Will never order anything through them again.
Two months, not three months, but way too long anyway. Will never ever purchase from this company again and will let others know as well.
