    Just like everyone else on here wish I had investigated this Company more before ordering. Yep ships from China and all clothing from them runs small and quality not that great. To return $48 of purchase would cost you about
    $100 to return it so your pretty much stuck. They get to keep your money.! CAUTION DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY……

      I have been fighting them for 8 months. THEY ARE THIEVES. I WON’T STOP FIGHTING. I work TOO darn hard for my money to let them STEAL from me! THEY ARE CROOKS. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Don’t let them win. They hope you will give up. DON’T!!! They should be shut down!!!

    I should read these Reviews before I ordered the items. I can’t even get a hold of anybody to return these items. I will never order from this company again. The items are not what they show on the pictures.

    I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased from this company, as I am having the same problems with returning a dress. Although the design pattern is beautiful, the quality of the material is extremely poor. In trying to return for refund, I have received two (2) tickets. The first asking what is the problem with the dress and the second to send a picture. I ordered from your company, don’t you know what the dress looks like?! Then they had the nerve to say I should consider how inexpensive the cost of the dress is. Really? Why? I don’t care if I paid $1.00 for the item. That’s my $1.00, not yours!!! All I want is to return the dress and receive my refund!!!!

    I need to exchange for a different size, but I can’t get a return address. They keep sending me a ticket number – so what am I supposed to do with it? Will contact BBB if no satisfaction within the week. I have left voice messages with no response.

      I too am having trouble returning items, when I call the number it says it is disconnected, and I was advised to give the items I want to return to a friend as a gift!!! WTH! I told them I want my money back and they are almost refusing.

      FIGHT FOR YOUR MONEY BACK! I lost $23 to ship the garbage back, but I would NEVER accept anything from them again! THEY ARE CROOKS!!!! Get your money back. File a dispute with your credit card company. ThEY ARE THIEVES!!!!! BIG SCAM!!!!!

    After posting a review I was contacted by the company and After posting a review I was contacted by the company and told I could FINALLY get a refund! That was week ago and I am STILL trying to return their worthless products! I was asked to take down my review in exchange for a full refund, I was promised shipping cost to be paid too. But when I asked for a shipping label they keep telling me that I have to cover that cost. To ship this back to China will probably cost half of what I paid for the crappy product anyway! I have read on some reviews that people can’t even find the address to return the product so after WEEKS of trying I finally got that at least and will share it with you! Hope this helps everyone else this company tried to screw over!

    Do NOT buy from this company!!! Their return policy states a FULL return on items damaged or faulty due to their fault…that is LIE!! I have been fighting with them for weeks and just now have them up to giving me a 60% refund when I return it and I pay shipping to China!!! I ordered a swimsuit and it’s pure junk! It is fraud when you state a refund and then refuse to honor that. I will never order from this company and no one else should either!

      The material is so thin you can see through it!!! They MISREPRESENT their garbage clothing!!!! IT IS A SCAM!!!! FIGHT FOR THE 100% return!!!!! They are CROOKS!!!!! Don’t settle for 60%. THIS IS THE BIGGEST RIP OFF I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!!! WARN EVERYONE YOU KNOW!!!!!!

    This company must be ran out of a basement in China!!! They are a complete and total rip off!!! Their merchandise SUCKS!!! …and just as everyone else has said…It takes over a month and many attempts at contacting them just to get the stuff you ordered and paid for. If you cancel your order…then they will ship it the very next day and delete your request to cancel as if it never happened. I opened a complaint through Paypal and I am turning them in to the attorney general and the Better Business Bureau to try and have their web page removed here in the United States. No where on their page does it say they are in China. Very misleading,false advertising and fraudulent company. I wouldn’t recommend anyone in the United States to patronize this company!!!!!!

    I agree with the above reviews. I wish I had read them before ordering. There were 2 swim suits in my cart initially and then when I ordered, they were not there so I ordered the size I thought would be correct. When I received my order confirmation, there were 3 of the same suit ordered. I immediatedly emailed to cancel the 2 I didn’t need. They replied that they would can the two but would only credit my Modlily account for the other two. After waiting for 30 days to receive my order, the quality was sub standard and started the nightmare process of trying to return it and to get my credit issued. There is no way I will order from them again. What a nightmare! Any suggestions from anyone who has had success getting money returned?

    I have firsthand experience and will attest in a court of law that, Modlily is, a consumer’s worse nightmare. They offer misleading marketing, send cheap replicas of advertised product, refuse refunds, offer illiterate & foreign customer service, refuse to resolve or, rectify issues. Modlily, has no integrity as, a company. They operate on the low. They take advantage of consumers in, ripoff fashion. I refuse to ever do business with them. I will continue to exploit them for, unfair consumer practices, unethical behavior, et al.

    Wow! Glad to know it’s not me overreacting. This is absolutely the worst thing I’ve ever went through , ordering online. I placed order on4/9/16. Free shipping, they said pay 1.99 ,get within a day. Haha NO YOU CANT GET NOBODY ON PHONE . I couldn’t reach anyone , everything I tried to do. I personally think they need shut down completely. How dare them do people this way , and lie, saying pay extra to get order within a day. I have for sure learned to becareful who I will place order with. Because it sure will not be with you all!!!

    Worse experience ever! Have not rec’d my order placed on 3/29/16. They took my money but can not get a response You have to place a “ticket” to inquire about your order. Its a maze of a mess. Phone # is international, cant reach anyone. The one response I did rec’d was in broken English. REALLY!!!

    The worse!!! do not order from this company!! There is no local phone # to contact them. Only international number. you have to leave “tickets” regarding your inquiry. Which is a web of mess to navigate the response was in broken English which means good luck!!! First and last order with them. I have read several other customers having the same problem
