That is part of their scam. they don’t answer you. when you finally get in touch with them they tell you that you can only get 60% back and they offer you a discount to keep the garbage they sent you. THEY ARE CROOKS!!! I am still fighting them 8 months later! I won’t let them STEAL MY MONEY. Keep after them!!! Good luck.

This company should be shut-down. I have never had such crappy customer service and the whole thing appears to be a scam. The clothing quality is awful and when I was able to get a response from them through email and return it, my cost to return it to china, they finally said they never received it and i wouldn’t get a refund of a replacement coat. Now they are saying that If I pay pal them 22.00 for shipping they will return the coat of the correct size to me. This all started in December….I am so pissed and can’t believe they can take money from people like this. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!
