this review is not for MerleDress.com. This is for the Dylan Queen. I had a problem with the wedding dress I bought so I asked for a 800 number where I can live talk to a person in regards to my order I recently received. well the number is 917-563-2528. when I google the number I was given, Merledress.com popped up. now my problem is that I can’t get a hold of anyone. the dress is totally big on my bust and the shoulder area are supposed to be slightly off the shoulder. The one I received was way off my shoulder and the bust area are really loose.the live chat that was trying to help me didn’t understand my question on what I should do with my dress. so she just gave me the number, her name was Jelly. MerleDress and Dylan Queen.com are the same I think. They’re scamming people by using 2 different company names. still no help.
DO NOT BUY FROM MERLEDRESS.COM. THEIR DRESSES ARE CHEAP IMITATIONS OF THE DRESSES SHOWN ON THEIR WEBSITE. THE DRESS I ORDERED LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE. CHEAP, POOR QUALITY. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH.

Over 40 emails between us. They do not hold up to their warranty. My dress sleeves were not as pictured on website. They advised me to have it altered. I did. I asked for a shaw to cover (now sleeveless) dress. They offered shaw as long as I paid $30.00 shipping. I refused to pay. I asked for “some” money to be returned instead and for them to back up their warranty. They made up every excuse to avoid taking care of me. I never received a “Thank you”, Business Card, Invoice, or any paperwork with their business name on it since day one of ordering dress. I will never do business with this company again. I highly recommend doing business with a company that cares about their business and this is not the company.
