So i placed an order and maybe this was my mistake for not writing down my order number right after my payment was accepted, but i never received a confirmation email and my online account (which you have to register for) was not created. So i contacted them with all of the information I had, shipping address, billing address, amount of order and they said they couldn’t help me without the order number and not to worry because payments aren’t released until i confirm that i have received my order. well i have no idea if or when this order is coming because i can’t track it! So now, i have to sit and wait for either 1) the order to show up or 2) my funds to be released back into my bank account. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN! I order wholesale a lot and i have NEVER had this problem until I decided to try a different site!
i ordered a wig for $78 and i cant get intouch with them,i tried to cancel the order but it will not go through,my fear is that they have my information from my card that i used and am scare that they will ruin my credit. These people are so bad and smart they know how to lay it there and make it look real.please help me get my $78 back right now.
I purchased something with them through paypal and I was able to file a claim and get my money back. I suggest you file a dispute with your credit card company for a refund, they should be able to help you
I order a wedding dress from this madeinchina.com. And that was big mistake. First they send me big a mean big dress and then they send me little bet smaller, but still big. And the dress has not look like in the picture. Now they are telling me the dress is right size and the best quality. I would NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SIDE. IT IS ALL FAKE.
I have been dealing with the Website Made in China .com and it seems they have taken my money, never sent any goods and are refusing a refund.
I run my own business here in Australia and purchse many products from china. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company before and doubtfully will again.
All the relevant address details and contact phone numbers were supplied to the seller, however he didnt fill out any of the details on the shipping con note, therefore the courier could not deliver to a business name, or call my number, even though they had the address details.
The particular sellers name is RAYBAN.
All i required was a refund for goods not received, however the company and its seller will not provide any refund, and i wish to elevate the dispute against this company.
