I order one item and still yet to receive it and i paid for early receiving and I ordered from lovely whole sales before and this never happened I’m stating to second guess them not I think I won’t be shopping with them anymore. I have ordered some clothes on December 20th 2014 and they took my payment and I never received my order. It is now January 12th 2015 and I still have not received my order. That is not good business. I want my money back or my order. Someone needs to get in touch with me very soon please. This is rediculous! !!

I will NEVER EVER order from lovely wholesale again. I placed my order for 1 item on November 30, 2014. Here it is now December 11, 2014 and I have yet to recievtthe item I ordered. I payed extra shipping so my package would be here in 5-8 business days and here it’s been 11 days and I have no package. This is the worst experience I have had shopping online. Not to mention I can not find a customer care number for lovely wholesale so I can call and find out what’s going on with my package. I sent 5 different tickets in asking where is my order? I have yet to get a response. However, lively wholesale did send me 1 E-mail after I submitted 5 different tickets, but it was only about advertising and promoting their products. At this point it’s safe to say I will NEVER order through lovely wholesale again. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere! This is a bunch of crap. They take our hard earned money and never send the item(s) a customer has ordered. All in all lessoned learned from now on out I’ll be shopping online with a more legit company like, Michael kors, tamar’s collection, etc.

Never ordering product from lovelywholesale ever again. It took so long for my product to get here. Then never send the rest of my order. Fpund out later it. Out of stock but after they took my order. I pay ten days shipping never received my order after a month and half.

I order from them and I never receive my orders! I’d try to contact them in FB,their service contact and even comment on the items, but I never had a reply, (only one reply giving me the track shipping and thats it) and I contact the GLS company saying that my package and went back to china! someone deliver it in my place but he didn’t even leave to the concierge and he didn’t even leave a NOTICE saying that he pass to drop my package but nobodys answer! so I contact them back, but until today I am still waiting their reply!
Being professional and how to deal with their client, its a nightmare..I ask them to send me back my package, as I dont have any reply from them? I lost my patient to deal with them..
