I have ordered from this company several times. Their products are just fantastic and it’s one of the few places where I can rely on accurate sizing, and all their clothes are great quality.
However, in every order I’ve placed they have always forgotten to send one of the items I paid for. They are happy to take my money but they did not respond to my first request to get a store credit so I can order something else, and I am awaiting response for their second mistake.
If you order from this store I would advise against bulk orders. Order each product individually. They are terrible with bulk orders and whoever is in charge of packing and shipping the items must be a complete idiot to mess it up twice.
About 7e-fashion I order them a 22 pcs of assorted dresses and they sent me a wrong package. When i received the package i contacting them right away but they didn’t reply back to me due to Chinese New Year, so i waited. After almost 3 weeks they got back to me and told me that my package and the package of their Puerto Rico client was switched so they ask me to send back the wrong package to them to fix the problem, and they will reimburse the shipping cost. They gave me these details to send the package to that person ( Add: G08, Kwong Sang Hong Centre, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong Tell: (852)3421 0415 contact: a sheng) so the very next day i sent back the package thru UPS. I was so patiently waiting. after 1 week they told me that the package still not got to HK, but i checked many times and track the package, and it got to their office already and received by their staff in the reception named MR SO. I send the proof of delivery from the UPS but they still denying that they did not get it. after another two weeks they stop talking to me they did not answer my calls, emails and my PM thru Messenger Anymore, LIKE THEY ARE HIDING FROM YOU, one time i caught they are online as soon as i send them message they sign out. i lost $290 plus $110 Shipping cost so all in all i lost 400$. IF i were you, DON’T BUY their products. THEY HAVE LAME SERVICE AT ALL. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.
