My first purchasing experience with them was great, but was second was horrible. It has been a over a month now and I still haven’t received my order or tracking of where it is. No one from the website or the shipping company will contact me or update me on where my order is or if I can get my money back. I have tried to contact customer service and no one is contacting me back. Buyer beware…
I have purchase a few orders by now. The quality of the items are really good, they have very good prices. They have a very good customer service and they have live chat. I received an item damage and they replaced it fast. Shipping could be expensive, compared to other websites. What I hate is that you have to pay first, then they verify the availability of the items, if something is out of stock, you have to choose a replacement, if you choose a credit, you loose money because the shipping is already paid for all the items. I really hate to pay and then receive an email that the items are not available. The processing time for the first orders was 1-2 days, now it takes 4-5 days for them to ship it. I have an $300 order hold on US costums because I bought a perfume on their site, so don’t order PERFUMES! Still waiting for my order to arrive, crossing fingers that Customs will release the package.
