IZDRESSES is a sham organization. I ordered a perfect size 6, which is what I wear all the time. The dress was so poorly cut there was no way I could wear it. They would not take the dress back and insultingly told me they made it to my specifications and they would give me $10 to have it tailored at home. Can not be altered.SHAM!!!!!!!!!DO NOT BUY
I have bought two dresses , unfortunately the both dresses was small and heavy. It comes from China and the quality is bad and cheap- I send back one month ago till now did not get 50% refund. I do not recomend this site. NEVER BUY from IZIDRESSES
Izi dresses is a complete scam. A Chinese mass production factory operating online claiming to produce dresses individually made ! I have had a terrible experience with this ‘company’ having returned a dress that when I received did not look like the picture and fitted terribly. You will be out the postage and will have daily emails disputing your refund which they will say they can only give you 50%.
DO NOT BUY AN IZI DRESS !! TOTAL SCAM

I brought my wedding dress from this site and it came when they said it would and it fits perfectly I guess I was one of e lucky ones with this site. Even tho my dress was perfect I still wish I had read the reviews first in case something had happened
Bitte niemals von Izidress.de oder com kaufen!!! Falls das Kleid nicht passen oder gefallen sollte (was nicht unwahrscheinlich ist, da du eine billige Nachmache des Bildes bekommst), bekommst du NIE MEHR dein Geld zurück!!! Sie geben dir eine Adresse, zu der man das Kleid zurück senden soll. Du trägst die Versandkosten hierfür (diese sind nicht günstig)! Das Kleid kommt nie an diese Adresse an, da es ein Fake ist und du bist die Kosten für das Kleid und Versandkosten ärmer!!!! Das sind die letzen Betrüger die es gibt. Haltet Abstand davon!

Ma robe est superbe. Le problème a été la livraison avec DHL. Mais pour le reste je suis très satisfaite. C’est sûr qu’elle est pas identique sur le perlé mais c’est très correct.
IZI DRESSES ARE NOTHING MORE THAN A CON COMPANY BASED IN CHINA!!! THEY USE OTHER DESIGNERS PHOTOGRAPHS ON THEIR WEBSITE AND THEN “TRY” TO COPY THEM!!! THE DRESS WE RECEIVED WAS SO BADLY MADE THAT ONE BOOB WAS HIGHER THAN THE OTHER AND LOOKED RIDICULOUS / NOTHING LIKE THE SAME COLOUR AS ADVERTISED AND THE BEADING WAS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT TO THE ADVERTISED DRESS!!! I CONTACTED THEM ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. THEY GAVE ME AN ADDRESS TO SEND THE DRESS BACK TO. I PAID OVER $60 ON AN INTERNATIONAL BAG TO SEND IT BACK. THE ADDRESS DID NOT EXIST. LUCKILY THE DRESS RETURNED TO ME UNDELIVERED. THEY SAID “SORRY” – OMG WHAT A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND EFFORT!!! THEY SAID SEND IT BACK AGAIN WE REFUND HALF OF DRESS COST WHICH WAS $66!! BUT THE POSTAGE ALONE IF I DO THAT, IS $30 FOR THE INITIAL POSTAGE, $60 THE INITIAL RETURNED DRESS AND WOULD BE AN ADDITIONAL $60 TO SEND BACK AGAIN – MAKING THE POSTAGE ALONE $150 OF WHICH THEY WOULD REIMBURSE ME NOTHING AT ALL!!! ALL THEY ARE OFFERING IS 50% OF THE INITIAL DRESS COST – $66!!! NO MATTER WHETHER I RETURN THE DRESS OR NOT. EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A COMPLETE WAIST OF ANYONE`S MONEY. I wish I’d researched Izi before like you I made a purchase as my experience totally mirrors yours !!! Unbelievable how this company still operates and continues to scam innocent shoppers.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They screwed people out of their money. Every reviewer basically had the same experience. Wrong size and no refund. And they take no responsibility.
I thought I’d found the perfect MOB dress at Izidress! After weeks of shopping in our area, I knew my size was 20. When the dress arrived it was much smaller and it wouldn’t even zip. I got hold of a service rep and had a long email chat room chat about their return policy. Basically, I am out $165 for a dress I can’t wear because of their strange return policies. The dress was beautiful, but looked nothing like what it was represented on the web site. BE SURE to include exact measurements because supposedly they “custom sew” every dress. I just picked the standard size 20, so it actually doesn’t have custom sizing. They claim they can’t do anything with a returned custom dress and will only refund 50%. I suggest finding the dress you want in a store and not on an internet site that does it’s work in China!
I had the same experience. The dress came in a smaller size and they basically take no responsibility.
I was shock when I read the reviews but thought that my dress would be different. I spent $151.83 for the dress plus $38 for DHL and the dress cannot be worn. The dress is a far cry from the picture and they cannot do anything about it. I lost all that money as they are not prepared TO REFUND MY MONEY.
Buyers beware as these people are allowed to con people and get away. It is painful that I lost all that money without any redress and still other people are going to fall in the same trap.
DO NOT order from this place! They do not answer e mails and the phone number on site is not in service ! I too was not getting my dress, after e mailing them 5 times and said I was going to cal B.B.B. they sent it, wrong color nothing like the picture, if you send it back they keep 50% of the cost of dress!
Do not order from IZI dresses! I ordered a dress from there and they would not answer my e mails after e mailings them four times and saying I was going to report them to B.B.B. I got the dress I ordered ! Not the color I wanted and if you send it back they keep 50% of the cost of dress! Save your money and heartache DO NOT ORDER From them!
These bastards stole my money. $580. I’m an idiot for not looking at the reviews first. But they’re the jerks who steal and lie. I ordered four dresses, one for me, my sisters and mom. They called me saying that the credit card wouldn’t go through and to send money through western union. I got suspicious then. Told them I would, and that I would get a refund within 1-3 days? I told them that I would just like to cancel them instead. They said I would get a refund with in 10 days. Bull to the crap. It’s been almost a month. I need money for my friggen trip to Canada for my cousins wedding. Now I have no dresses and no mother chucking money. I keep emailing and calling them without one stupid reply. WORST PEOPLE EVER. They can get stuck in a friggen elevator. I am really so upset about this. Honestly. I don’t understand how they can eff up someone that much. They screwed me over. I have no friggen clue now how I’m gonna get money for the rest of my stuff for the damn trip
I should have done my home work before ordering off izidresses what a load of crap my daughter ran out look at this great price silly me I’m from Australia and there is a us number I ordered but tryed to cancel withing 72 hers no one awnsered if contacted my c/c company and disputing it plus when I did get thru I said your in states stock is commingle out of china cheap labour over there so when you think about it it cost me 171.99 but its really only worth 1/4 that every one take care don’t order off them
