I will forever tell people never to buy from these people, they pretend to not understand you and send you wrong dress and then say dear friend so sorry you not happy blah blah blah but they are very quick to take your money. Never never never buy from them.
I bought two dresses off this site in April and after almost 2 months of waiting what should have been 3 weeks i eventually got my dresses. The customer service was good but i was NOT satisfied. I paid €200 for my dresses and although they are well made and i am happy with them the shipping took FAR TOO LONG!!! never EVER buying from this site again. THEY RIP YOU OFF!!!!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. ORDERED MY GRAND DAUGHTER’S SWEET SIXTEEN AND PAID TO HAVE IT SHIPPED WITHIN 3 TO 5 DAYS. NO DRESS, NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS OR LIVE CHAT. YOU WILL EITHER RECEIVE NOTHING OR YOU WILL RECEIVE POOR QUALITY. RIPPED OFF. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. LESSON LEARNED NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ANY COMPANY OUT OF THE USA.
My friend and I both ordered our prom dresses 2 months ago. The money was taken straight from the bank accounts. We don’t have a tracking order. They have not responded to any of our emails or answered our calls. This website is an absolute disgrace!! However, my other friend bought her prom dress from this website and hers was delivered with 2 months of purchase. I am hoping our dresses will arrive for our graduation. This is unacceptable. I was happy with my dress and its colour/quality. Ordered on may 5th and received it on the 21st. However, during the process of waiting for my dress to arrive I was very worried. The sites “tracking method” was not at all helpfull and extremely vague. Also, my bestfriend ordered a day after me and has yet to receive her order (it is now May 28th and our prom is in a little over a week) She emailed them twice and tried to call and received no reply. She then proceeded to email them threatening to sue… we’ll see where this goes
As Kristen has posted previously I am extremly worried as they will not contact me back and my daughters ball is in a couple of weeks!
I tried contacting the company by e-mail, tried tracking the dress by their tracking process, never worked. I finally got my dress and it was so heavy from very inappropriate lining in the dress. It is a total knock off company and a scam. I ate the shipping and the price of the dress as huge lesson learned.
NEVER again will I order from this place! I ordered my daughter’s prom dress and we never received it. I canceled my order and demanded a full refund. They agreed, but it has been two weeks and I have not received a refund. I just now filed a dispute with my credit card company and hope for a full refund within 10 business days. I will never, ever again purchase anything from these damn people. They are a total scam!
i got my dress and it was perfect the only thing bad was that i didn’t get it on time but it came in perfect condition and looks just like how it looked on the website. izidresses did not spam me.
This store is horrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM IZIZI DRESSES. I ordered a dress online, and firstly, it had not shipped even by the latest arrival date. I called them and demanded a refund, but after they promised to return the money, they decided to ship the dress a few days later. THE QUALITY OF THE DRESS IS AWFUL IN EVERY WAY, THERE IS NO PLACE YOU CAN WEAR IT WITHOUT BEING EMBARASSED. No, I did not get my money back. Also, the company is impossible to contact. They keep hanging up on you when you dial. IZIZI DRESSES IS A SCAM, DON’T ORDER FROM THEM.
Better Business Burea, Consumers Affairs, Consumer Fraud, Attorney General need to get involve and locate this company to shut it down and get all of us American Unsitisfied costumers our money back. This is a scam of a company. Ruined my life
Do not order from this company. Never could trace my order. Never could get any answers from the on line chat. My order was two week late. And then the return policy is a 50% restocking fee. Crazy china people. DON’T PURCHASE FROM IZIDRESS!!!!!
Never ever buy from here, the dress will never arrive, ordered my dress a month and a half ago with the latest arrival date of may 5 it is now may 13 and no dress, had to go buy a new one last minute just to attend prom, the website is a scam and will not refund you FULLY youll have to call the bank and report fraud.it’s a sick and twisted business.
At this point, I am really, really worried. I ordered the dress on April 24th. They said it should come by May 14th. My prom is on the 26th. After reading these reviews, I am about to cry. I have tried calling and e-mailing endlessly to no avail. This company is ridiculous. If you think you are getting a good dress for a cheap price, I think you should spend the extra money instead to at least know you will be GETTING a dress.
I ordered my daughters prom dress on April 13th 2013, It is May 11th and we still have not received the dress. No one answers when we call the number from the website…so I googled the phone number and I saw nothing but sites warning this company as a scam. This company received payment on April 16th and then debited my account again for the second time for 1.71 (which my bank said they could have tried to take more) My bank cancelled my card with which the purchased was made and will flag any more attempts to my account. I have sent several e-mails, phone calls and no one responds…so I got on the live chat from their site and talked with a Katherin…I told her that I wanted my order ASAP because it has been almost a month and she told me that she would have to contact the factory, So I told her I want a tracking number for my order which I paid 39.95 for DHL 4-6 day delivery and she said my order was not shipped yet and she would get back to me in 12 hrs. I said I want a different number in which I can call and talk to a live person/gave her my number on chat..and within 2 minutes she called me. I told her I wanted my order by Wednesday the 15th or I and my Bank is contacting International Authorities and News media and also Social media outlets, and also I told her I am contacting my Attorney, I also told her If this company tries to debit my account again they will be caught. I told her too, if i did not get my order, I want a refund sent to my address! Total scam!
