Are these people out of there mines, or do they think we are I orsered a prom dress on the 18th 0f April, and paid $34.00 extra for 4-6 day delivery, and here it is the 9th of may no answers to my e-mails no return phone calls, when I ordered the dress I told them the latest delivery date was may5th and we have still heard nothing. It seems as though we should be able to do something collectivly to get through to these people, any Ideas!
I got my money back, every penny of it. I went into my bank and filed a claim with master card. They cut up my card and gave me a new one just incase they tried to withdraw more money. I was given provisional money and within a couple weeks the company put every penny back into my bank. It might have helped that I emailed and called constantly threatening with them turning them in.
Orderd daughter’s prom dress in mid-March (without reading any reviews or realizing they are in Hong Kong. (LIVE AND LEARN!) It still has not come, and prom is in one week! How can we stop this SCAM!!!
Well i ordered my dress and after two weeks it still hadnt come and still said processing online, i then yelled at them via online chat. i also constantly emailed them with no reply. i only got a hold of them through online chat. After lots and lots of contacting i finally was given my tracking number and it was wrong. after then more yelling i got the right one and just recieved my dress today. its the wrong color, waay to long, and a bad zipper. i got my dress and its pretty but not what i wanted. dont order here, you waste time, money and sanity.
What did the dress look like?
I had ordered a dress for my mother, it looked beautiful on the website and she was so excited for it to come in. When it finally came in, (after weeks and weeks of checking the status and it always said processing) it was the most awful thing i had ever laid eyes on. Their measurements are way off, the dress was 3 sizes too small and the dress just did not match the picture. The material looked completely different, the dress was supposed to be flowy and i got this stiff, uncomfortable ugly dress. I tried calling them and they never answer, i have done 2 live chats and they argue with me, basically telling me that I’m wrong, and one of them signed off on me. Emails went unanswered.
BOTTOM LINE – DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

OH MY GOSH!!!!!!! STAY AWAY! FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM IZIDRESSES.COM!!!!!!!! TOTAL SCAM AND I CAN’T BELIEVE THEY ARE GETTING AWAY WITH THIS SHADY BUSINESS! THEY SEND YOU DEFECTIVE KNOCK OFF DRESSES. MINE WASN’T EVEN ANYTHING LIKE THE ONE I ORDERED!! IT WAS HIDEOUS!!! MY MOTHER’S WAS A SEAMSTRESS WORST NIGHTMARE AND THEN THEY DIDN’T WANT TO REFUND AND KEPT HANGING UP ON US ON THE CHAT LINES. YOU WILL NEVER REACH A LIVE HUMAN BEING TO HELP YOU. HAD TO CALL CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO GET MONEY BACK AND CHARGE FRAUDULENT CHARGES! BUT STILL HAVE TO PAY 60.00 TO SHIP THE DARN DRESSES BACK OVERSEAS!!!!!!

this is a very very shady business. i got a FULL REFUND from them by using two little magic words. “LAW SUIT” i chatted them and asked for an address and a managers name and said I was suing if i didnt get a full refund and lets just say they paid me PRONTO. thats all you have to do. lets run these m-fers out of business! π
My rating would actually be less than 1 star. THIS IS A SCAM – DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! My credit card was charged, the dress has not been delivered by the promised date, the “company” does not answer their phones, chat lines or emails.

I am crying after I read the reviews. I order the dress over a month. The prom is Monday and the dress is not here. No answer to emails, phone calls, nothing. Going shopping for a dress tomorrow in the color ordered to match prom date shirt, tie and flowers. So sad and upset. This company needs to pay for what they done.
Do Not Buy from this company. I ordered a dress when it arrived (late) it was the wrong size, wrong color and nothing like the picture. They are hard to deal with and treat me like this is all my fault. I did not do any research first which was a huge mistake on my part. Please do not make the same mistake that I did….the dress is not good quality.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. I went about business in a normal fashion. They delivered my dress in a timely manner. The dress was awful and it was not a “floor length” but the train length I had them change with a yes they will do it. I open and was proceeding to send the next day back. You have to let the company know that it is coming back. Unable to get to the live chat now. We are 26 in line(90 min. It use to be quick. So I have a dress that I am going to give to my GF to make something she wants. A waste of $150(shipping included). They do not and will not answer any emails. Use to within 2 days. So chalk this up to the “lesson” Do NOT shop or let anyone else you know use this site!!!!!

I didnt read reviews on this company before purchasing a dress and it never showed up. the money was taken out of my account and when i call they say the dress will be shipped shortly and now they refuse to answer the phone. my dress was suppose to be here March 23,2013 and i still have not recieved it and have to find another dress last moment from some where else. the company claims to be in china but when going through my bank account it shows Great Britian. Never order from this company it is a complete rip off

Call never get an answer. Email never a response. Took over a month to get. Did live chats for 5 days straight said they would email me information within 24 hours never did. Final got dress a week before prom. Dress is beautiful but will never order from them again. Mainly because of the lack of communication

I have been fighting with these folks for weeks now regarding a dress I ordered for my daughter. they have charged my credit card and keep telling me about this BIG WAREHOUSE SALE and how all the orders are back ordered. then they tell me my dress would be expedited! and it was not. I was mad that they had made a charge on my credit card and they did not ship the dress. NEVER ORDER FROM THESE FOLKS! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU HANGING.

I purchased a dress for my daughter on-line. It came through I received no confirmation. Their email address and phone number does not work. The charge came through on my account as follows 06/20 HAIREXTENSIONBUY 85235038044 HK. I have never and would never buy hair extensions and the price is the exact price I purchased the dress for on their site. I know I used there site I put her order the dress special by putting her measurements on the order sheet.
I ordered a dress from izidresses.com! BTW, izidress.com and izidresses is in fact the same company. My worst customer service nightmare! I selected a dress in BLACK and received a BROWN dress that was still a poor representation of what was pictured on their site, and 3 inches longer in the front! Save yourselves time, money and major frustration–DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! After filing a claim with PayPal they finally agreed to refund my money only if I returned the dress at my expense. What no one knows until they place an order is that this company is in China and no carrier who provides tracking offers any kind of reasonable shipping costs for packages TO China. The least expensive price I could get would be $118.50 for a shoe box sized, 1 lb. package. TRUE! They only offer discount shipping from China to America but not the other way. I wonder if anyone ever gets what they order from this company. A claims rep at PayPal also said my complaint went to their fraud dept. due to the fact of so many identical complaints.
