Beautiful chinese blouse. Looks exactly as the pictures. Well made dress, priced right. Ordered it at the end of January and received and the end of February. I ordered this blouse for my daughters.We were both thrilled with the result. My daughter is over 6 ft so we knew we would have trouble getting an off the shelf outfit but GoodOrient made to measure service was the end to our troubles. It fitted perfectly and arrived way ahead of the estimated delivery time. The dress is top quality and better than it looks in the picture. I just received my dress Maple Leaf of Dreaming Cheongsam which is beautiful though not at all the purple color shown on the website. It was made to order and fits perfectly and came quite promptly. I was hesitant to order from a website in China but this experience was excellent. Lucie contacted me several times to answer questions and assure that the dress would fit exactly as I wished. I hope to order from Good Orient again and can assure you they are a pleasure to do business with.

Over all I am a satisfied customer.I would like to have the website show better if a product is not available.

I ordered a silk purse from goodorient.com. They were out of stock so I requested a refund.
They agreed, but have dragged their feet, and two months later, I still don’t have a refund.
They asked if I could accept store credit, but I didn’t want that. This company is based out of beijing.
I have crawled the internet looking for a chinese dress for a wedding, finally found the perfect on goodorient, wasn’t sure about the size so emailed them asking for advise, was told to go for 10 by Lucie, after ordering, got an email saying that it would take 2-3 days for preparation and it would be shipped soon after ready, after 2 weeks no sign of shipment so contacted customer service regarding my order and was told that it was out of stock by miranda and asked wether wanted money back or store credit, went for money back and it’s now been 2 months since i first contacted them about the refund and still no sign, would never trade with them again as i decided to go for refund instead of store credit because i realised of the poor service when i was advised to go for a siza that was out of stock even though i told them that i neded the dress for a wedding 4 weeks away in Africa and that i was in England.
