well I ordered a dress for my WEDDING, I was amazed by the styles they have comparing to the prices but it turned out that is a total $#*! ( sorry for the word ), I received the dress before the time they gave me 2 weeks but I was shocked with the dress, it looks like nothing with the one I ordered, it fits horrible, the finishing of it was worse it had different details with missing details also and more worse was the packing!!! and also it had a black spot on it!!!!!!!
Do NOT buy from DreamProm.com for if you experience any problems, these people will NOT honor their guarantee that all garments will fit within a 1 inch margin. Instead they will continuously question your measurements and photos, endlessly responding to your emails with more requests to take new measurements and stock phrases about how they appreciate your business. They will also try to play upon your sympathies begging you to consider that they will have to suffer a loss if you do not keep the garment and never considering the loss of time, money, and goodwill you’ve suffered in dealing with them. There is no one you can talk with about your problems, and they won’t give you a return address or authorization to send back their poor fitting garments. If you are lucky, and only after you’ve become exasperated from communicating with them several dozen times, they may offer you a 20% refund. I ordered a $255 outfit from DreamProm that was made so large it literally fell off of me. I then wasted over 40 hours of my valuable time corresponding with them, measuring myself and the garments, making clear photos of all measurements, having a seamstress re-measure and make photos, and then having a second professional tailor re-measure the garments. All results were the same and confirmed the measurements in my original complaint were correct and that DreamProm made garments incorrectly. My seamstress refused to even try to make the alterations saying they were too substantial for her to effectively handle. While the tailor was willing to attempt the alterations for $125, they feared the outfit would still not fit properly and thus could not give a guarantee. On top of everything else, the garments weren’t even in the same colors I’d ordered. While I could have lived with the white and grey vs. the light grey and dark grey colors ordered, the outfit simply doesn’t fit and can’t be worn. I’m now out $255 and am forced to purchase another outfit for a special occasion. I’ve turned over all my files and photos to VISA and hope they will bring an end to my nightmare with Dreamprom.com!
I ordered my sister’s Homecoming dress from this company. She was in Homecoming Court, so this was a very special occasion for her. The dress not only arrived late (after we paid for express shipping) and did not fit her at all (after we paid for the dress to be customized). This was the worst shopping experience I have ever had. We had to pay for an additional dress because the one from DreamProm did not fit and was of very poor quality. The customer service is absolutely terrible, rude, and insulting. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. It cost me over $1,000 between the original dress ordered from DreamProm, tailoring, express shipping, and the replacement dress. It was a nightmare. DO NOT SHOP HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
This is what I experienced from purchasing from them and his is real and swear to God honest review. I purchased a dress from dreamprom.com and paid a lot of money for it. I read their policy before I placed my order and I understood the 5% slight different from pictures they stated. So I trusted them and placed my order. However, I received damaged good. Well to start with, the material they used ( beads and crystals) are cheap plastic beads, especially for the amount of money I paid for it. But the worse part is that I found holes on the fabric that they covered with the same exact fabric that they closely cut and match to patch it. I contacted them and complaint about it and asked for a full refund which they denied even after I sent them the photos of their bad quality works. At first they were avoiding me by not answering my email. Than the LIVECHAT people were ignoring me too. Until finally they replied to me telling me that I could easily take that dress to local tailor and fix it and they would share the cost. I mean really??? Why do I have to pay more for it? It is their fault not mine. We’ve been emailing back and forth until today and they still won’t admit their mistake. And in fact, now they are blaming the shipping people on the patching job to cover the holes. So it’s like telling me that the shipping people that did the patching job? SERIOUSLY? I am so offended!!! You think I’m that dumb? Well pretty dumb to have purchased a dress from them, but not dumb enough to believe that the damage was caused by shipping people. I mean if you see tear on a dress, it could probably be the shipping mistake but I truly doubt it because the dress is in a plastic bag. And that the plastic bag was put in a shipping bag. This is PATCHING COVERING HOLES ON FABRIC. How could you blame it on the shipping??? My gosh! I have never dealt with these kind of people. This is the worst online shopping experienced EVER. So please be very careful and just don’t waste your money here. I’ll be so heartbroken to see young people making purchase from this company thinking that they’ll be pretty on their prom but in fact they’ll just be brokenhearted. Especially when the young people have to save up their own money to get their prom dresses. And for the parents, please please please don’t disappoint your kids. We wan the best for our kids, and it’s not here, not with this company. Spend your money somewhere else. Wanna see photos? very poor quality, would not accept return even when i sent pixs of the poor quality of the dress they sent me. SCAM
Buyer beware do not order from these people!!!! We ordered a prom dress for my daughter and it arrived in the wrong size. In fact the size they sent isn’t even on their sizing charts. Mind you the dress is about 8 inches too small in the bust and an extra 18 inches too long according to their size charts. The inside seam was also coming apart. We sent at least half a dozen pictures with the dress being being measured along with the size charts and they refuse to acknowledge their mistake. In one email they even told my daughter it was her fault for ordering expedited shipping because that made the seamstress rush when she was making her dress. After about 10 emails of sending them the pictures I sent them back all their emails showing that they even acknowledged the dress size and theyin turn offered us $16 back of the $188 we paid. We emailed them and they refused to give us a refund. I filed a report with my bank and they are dealing with them directly but this has been a true nightmare. These people are dishonest and do not honor their return policies , if you don’t want to gamble with your money do not order from them!
I ordered my wedding dress on 03/17/2013 and received it on 04/21/2013. I ordered without looking at reviews and I thought they were located in California… Something unrelated made me nervous so I googled to find out where they were and upon finding they were in China I also found several negative reviews. Immediately I felt screwed! I did send a few correspondents regarding an international charge (roughly 6.00) that I was charged and never informed of along with time frame of when I would receive my dress. They always responded within 24 hours! My dress is beautiful!!! It is almost identical to what I ordered! I was under the impression I was ordering from a warehouse that had millions of the same dress ready to ship but to my amazement each dress is made to order and I am actually thankful for that. It is a little big but I was hoping it would be and I did my own measurements so it was to be expected. I am glad I ordered from DreamProm because I got a great ORIGINAL dress for 230. !! On a side note… For those who complained about the way it was shipped… Give me a break! I worked for Zumies and Hot Topic and all items were shipped in boxes and smashed in to fit as much as possible! The shipment in a bag with dress turned inside out was perfect! I wouldn’t ever expect it to be delivered on a hanger in a closet shaped box. The only recommendation I make to future customers is to make sure you order with enough time ( my wedding is in August) make sure you get bit a little big ( better big than small and NO dress will be perfect) Also… It’s hard to tell what anything looks like from a picture! My dress had a few extras (not bad) that I didn’t see until today I blew up the picture and “oh wow” it is there. So make sure you study the pictures well before making your choice. The only recommendation I would make for DreamProm is to put the international charge on the order form so people know about it. My experience is a great one and will recommend to anyone! You guys ROCK!!!

Please please don’t buy from this company. I thought all the reviews could have been a one off and it really isnt. i ordered 3 dresses two evening gowns and a wedding dress for a friend who was having a wedding on a budget, what a mistake! i paid for faster shipping as i was travelling for the wedding and wanted to take them with me, i kept starting a chat online everyday to make sure it is all on track and eveytime i got promised its all going to be ok, erm NOT! i asked to see pics of the dresses before they sent them. one of the dresses that was meant to be an aqua colour organza dress ended up being a green colour in tulle. the other dress was ok and the wedding dress was messing all the flower decoration when i complained they stuck PINK cut up ugly material in the shape of flowers and stuck them with pins on the dress!!! when i was going crazy as i had a flight to catch they said oh we will send them to the country you are travelling to so you dont need to worry give us a new address so i thought wow least they have good cutomer service. hahaha the joke was on me they never changed the address and they sent them and my friend got them for me and sent them again with dhl aborad cost another £150 as they were heavy. so this place is built on lies and bad service. please dont ruin your special day . DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!
I recently received my wedding gown from dreamprom.com, and I couldn’t be happier!It was delivered right on time, even a few days before expected, which was such a pleasant surprise because it was Christmas Eve. The dress is everything I expected! I am so happy that I went out on a limb and ordered offline. My dress has way more quality than I thought would be put into it for the price I paid. The lace on it is just like most I’ve seen on designer wedding gowns and the taffeta used, instead of silk, looks just like silk and holds just as well. I will have to have the straps and length adjusted but that is minor. I had my eyes set on a dress that cost $2400 and I just paid $200…I really am so pleased! I will recommend this site to everyone! Thank you, thank you, thank you.I can’t wait to wear my “dream dress”.

Please do not buy ANYTHING from this scam website. I bought a $200 dress and paid to have it express delivered only to have the dress arrive late.
The dress is the ugliest, tackiest, poorly made thing I have ever seen. NOTHING like what was displayed in the pictures on their website.
