Placed my order on December 10 in hopes of getting it before Christmas. Didn’t know until after placing the order that it was coming from Hong Kong. Sent several messages to no avail. Haven’t received my order to date.
After over a month I still have not received my order. I have attempted to contact this “company” 5 times and no response. I’m in the process of trying to get my money back thru my credit card company. What a complete scam. Do NOT order from this website!!
I would have given this even lower than a one star if possible. The items ordered took 2 months to arrive with no updates and no information provided (even in response to several customer service requests). When the men’s vests I ordered arrived, they were an adult length but were the width of my 5-year-old son’s chest. I requested a refund and was asked to prove that the items were not what I ordered. In response to my 3 pictures of the ridiculously sized vests, I was told that I would have to pay return shipping, that it would be very expensive, and that I should instead accept a refund of 1/4 of their purchase price and “keep it as a gift to someone who may fit it.” In my 15+ years of online ordering, this is the worst experience I have ever had.
