This is the worst experience I have ever had. Ordered a shoe 4 month ago. Order was cancelled two months later because “it is out of stock.” two months later still no refund and several promises, saying it is on emergency status. This is a company of thieves and should be banned from doing business on the net. Simply should be prosecuted. Till we find a customer capable of doing so they will continue frauding.
I ordered a dress that looked great online. It took forever to arrive, about a month. I had hoped to use it for my anniversary. Sadly, when it arrived, it was several sizes too small and the material and flimsy fabric were horrible, and the fabric was that in a slip, see-through.i will never order from them again. Also, the sewing was sub-par. Please do not order from this company in China. You will be disappointed. Now I am trying to figure out how to get my money refunded. I am not too hopeful!
I ordered a winter coat since April and it arrived in June. I am USA size small, but I ordered large for the difference in seizes, but when I received it I am so disappointed the damn thing cant fit my 80lb dog. I went through PayPal I am hoping to get my money back.

I ordered a round neck Bodycon dress 5xl. The dress size is off it is a size 10 in US and the material is not the same as described on Website and it takes 2 months before it arrives.

On March 26th 2018 I placed and paid by credit card an order for $160.14 for tops – I have sent 4 emails in the past 6 weeks and still no reply or information of track numbers. This is my worst ever experience with on line shopping. I wish I knew where to report this site so a least I can get my money back.
I order and paid for 3 dress for a out of town wedding. I order it March 4, 2018. I got one dress one month later. I email to cancel the other dress. I try to find a number to call no luck. I got the 2nd dress 2 weeks later. I had return the first dress costing around 10.00 to return and the second dress about 12.00. 2 month later the morning I was leaving for my flight I get the 3rd and finally dress 2 months later I wait until I got back to try it on. It did not fit and the return address of Walnut creek was no longer show. I have email then and no response. I still have the 3rd dress and I my have to keep it It is the worse place to mail order. I have worked in for HSN and people complaint about waiting 10 days for a order how about 2 months.
